Anderson Quest: Killing Vampires and Werewolves and Leprechauns (Hellsing/Bloodborne)

*sigh* To provide a more detailed context for non-Bloodborne players, as well as a minor refresher on Bloodborne's background lore...

Alfred is a member of the Executioners, an early sect of the Healing Church and who's attire would later become the basis of future Church attire with their Holy Shawl (Capitalized Emphasis taken from their uniform's description). Their most significant duty shown in Bloodborne (as I am mildly skeptical their formation was due to this single act) is the extermination of the Cainhurst Vilebloods, a group of nobles who received tainted blood from a traitor scholar of Brygenwerth, a research college from which a significant number of the Healing Church's upper echelon comes from.

These nobles were hinted to be classically vampiric, and were a threat to the surrounding people and the Healing Church. Thus the Executioners, lead by their leader Master Logarius, set out to Cainhurst Castle, situated on an isolated island of eternal snowfall, connected to the mainland by an extensive bridge. They were meticulous in their extermination, their Wheels repeatedly drenched in the vile blood of the Cainhurst nobles, and forever tainted by the nobles' rage.

But they did not succeed. Annalise, Queen of the Vilebloods, had become immortal, and Master Logarius believed it necessary to seal her away through martyring himself. Sending away the remaining Executioners, he seated himself upon a frozen throne, atop the roof of one of the castle's buildings. Upon his head sat the means of sealing away the Vileblood Queen, a jewel-encrusted crown of the old king...

...Now, Alfred sets out in search of a path to Cainhurst, in a bid to find a method to end the Vilebloods, once and for all, and ensure his master's martyrdom was not in vain.

Oh, and their helmet's a fucking Pyramid Head reference.

Why the fuck is there a Pyramid Head reference?
