1. should we spend any actions to look for other primarchs this turn or wait till next turn when we upgrade psychic choirs?
2. how high a priority is psychic architecture
3. how many actions for webway cleaning (I'm thinking a lot so our troops gain combat exp and let us expand farther to set up forward base planets to defend against the waggghhhhhss outside of bastion space)
4. what three things should we tag? (or just go with shadownic's medicine tags?)
5. does toolbots mean I can decrease the needed research actions for self and workshop by half? just confirming
6. and lastly when should we improve the items in our items and wargear section for leaders?
Feels like it's lacking in the more general kinds though, we can heavily improve on our population centers if we had better ice crystals for example.

You bring up a VERY good point, the Emperor has memorized lots of technical schematics right? And what he lacks right now is the ability to mass produce, which we have, just gotta get him to transfer the schematics mentally to Serras so she can write them down to begin production to speed us up.On the terms of weapons tech, why dont we contact the Emperor and ask about Dark Age of Technology Humanities weapons tech?
They had (at least) 4 types of weapons that made everyone scared. Conversion beam weapons (despite the name, they were essentially a weapons family that combined particle weapons, plasma weapons and Las weapons into one pure beam of condensed destruction), Disintergration weapons, Grav weapons and Volkite weapons. We may also be able to include Phased Plasma-Fusil weapons on that list too.
If we can get the tech off of Emps and get some new forge worlds set up producing these weapons for use as small arms in our military (as well as vehicles, aircraft, starships etc using them) then we'd be damn near unstoppable as they surpass anything canon Imperium uses. Plasma, Las, Bolt etc weapons cant compare. In fact, the Space Marines standard weapons were Volkite and Plasma-Fusil weapons, however they were replaced by Bolters due to the increasing rarity of Volkite weapons during the Heresy (also, almost all of the forgeworlds that knew how to create these advanced weapons were targetted by Chaos during the heresy).
Anyone want to take a crack at creating a Stormhammer-like or even just a Baneblade-like super heavy tank armed with the above weapons?

Invention: Necessity: 80 Perk. Improvised Workshop. You can quickly set up a workshop, using your psyker powers to hash something together from your surrounding, or improve upon them. Workshop always considered one grade above it's actual level.

I understand that basic ones like ice, fire, earth, wind, and so on are still at very low levels. If not this turn, we should see about bringing them up to the same level as the others eventually, preferably sooner rather than later.

E2: Just had a look at the Turn 9 results, turns out the 'Rule' shards are the 'Gellar-Like Crystals' and that 'Rule Shard-Enhanced Null Runes' are combined 'Gellar-like Crystals' & 'Null Runes'.
@ilbgar123 is the emperor available for us to SL now or will it be like serras parents where we cannot SL due to time constraint on either end?
next turn, after we see how much research bonus we get so we can plan out maximized efficiency for tech research. If they thought serras was advancing tech at a blistering pace before, she's going to go FTL soon.If we really want to improve our expansion, instead of more space, what we want is better transport ships TBH. Make it easier to move goods around the Bastion.
