Well I never said about just using chaos energy we can use a reactor to power him and a emergency supply of chaos energy he can tap into if needed

"Your kidding me, that's Metal Sonic." The Fastest thing alive spoke, hints of disbelief in his tone at the thing his robotic copy had become.
"Indeed." Doctor Eggman gravely spoke, the group having banded together out necessity too stop the monster his prized creation had become.
"His data grew beyond my expectations, the sheer desire to defeat you warped his programming and led to him overthrowing me and sealing me in that room." He admitted, still having some bruises from where 'his rescuers' taught him a lesson for not paying up immediately for saving him.
"He has taken the Battle data from all your fights and used it too merge with the other robots he had created too achieve his maximum state." The sheer amount of power he had must have been near limitless....
"So what, we just gotta scrap him like all your other Robots, eh Eggy?" Sonic spoke with a grin, getting a glare from the rotound Scientist.
"You idiot, we stand next too no chance against him, perhaps if I had access to my armada we may stand a chance." He admitted, right before his Buzzer went off as a familiar voice droned through.
"At Ease Doctor, I have taken the necessary liberties too get rid of this traitor once and for all." EGG BRAIN spoke as Team Egg stepped forward.
The Trio each holding familiar scientific made Chaos Emeralds as the mustached Doc raised a brow.
"And what would those liberties be my dear creation?" At least ONE of his greatest creations hadn't stuck him in a room and left him to rot...
"Unlike the rest of these wastes of biomass("HEY!") I was not fooled for a nano-second by the Fakers attempts at pretending to be you, instead I merely went along with the ruse till I could gain the necessary power to strike the traitor down. Of which I have finished creating and waited for the right time to deploy." From the Private Blacksite which she managed, a metallic capsule containing her recent work was launched.
"After I gained an area to work in private, I spent many hours perfecting one of your old works, removing all of his older components and bringing him too a level of power even Chaos would fear." The Box flew through the air as its exact co-ordinates were aimed at the very ship they were on.
"Running all calculations, I had figured, what would be a better match for a robotic creation made after the Infernal Hedgehog."
*Bang!!!* Not 10 feet away from them, the Capsule landed as it began too rumble as EGG Brain did the closest thing an AI could to smirking.
"Than another Robotic creation made after the infernal Hedgehog?" She spoke, just as the Capsule burst open.
An old creation of the Doctor emerging out as behind his glasses, his eyes widened as his pupils shot to pinpricks.
"Mecha Sonic?!" He shouted in disbelief, getting the robotic equivalent of a 'chuckle' from the EGG Brain.
"Not quite, he is no longer merely Mecha Sonic." Egg Brain spoke, the trio of Team Egg each handing over their Fake Chaos Emeralds as the one already in his chest resonated with the four of them.
"I have upped his speed, strength, durability, combat data, and weaponry too be beyond any previous invention we have created Doctor." EGG Brain spoke as the power was absorbed by the robotic Creation, Neo Metal Sonic floating down as he gave a glare too the 'imposter' before his eyes.
"He is powered by Chaos Energy itself and given everything needed to defeat his faker, he is no longer Mecha Sonic, he is... Turbo Metal Sonic." Egg Brain spoke, getting a glare from her 'brother' Neo Metal sonic finally spoke.
"So this is what you were truly doing in the spare time when you were not following my orders B.R.A.I.N." The traitor of the Eggman Empire spoke with disdain in his voice comm as the AI scoffed.
"As if I would ever follow the orders of a fool who betrayed his creator and his very purpose." She spoke, getting a chuckle from Turbo Mecha Sonic as he stepped forward.
"So this is truly what I was made to surpass, I have to, I'm not impressed." His cold voice spoke up as he glared at Neo Metal Sonic, a glare very much returned by the other replica.
"I'll give you one chance to stand down you inferior copy, my business is finishing the Doctors work by myself and ridding the world of these idiot heroes." He spoke with cold fury, lightning dancing off his body as he stepped forward "You are either with me, or in my way. So make your choice or become a black mark on the floor along with them." He promised, getting a cackle from the other robot.
"Your calling me the Inferior process? I'm the future of the Eggman Empire, your merely the shit that came before me." He derided, draining energy from the fake emeralds as he began to power up.
Pointing a finger at his robotic brethren, he gave a speech. "Lets settle here and now, who's the real superior version of that Blue Ball of Shit and Quills." He spoke, likewise pointing a finger at Sonic as the speedy hedgehog felt slighted.
"Then bring it, my loathsome copy." Neo Metal Sonic spoke, merging with the very ship they were on as his power went off the charts.
"Oh, I intend too." He spoke, the power of Chaos going through his body as his metallic form gained a golden hue to it.
"I'LL CRUSH YOU!!!"
"NOT BEFORE I TEAR YOU TO PIECES!!!!"

Don't like the Egg Brain openly revealing itself in front of Sonic, the profanity seems gratuitous, and (on a pettier note) the continued assignment of gendered pronouns to the Egg Brain still bothers me. Other than those personal issues, though, it's an interesting alternate to my take on this confrontation.
Well unless the Egg Brain turns out to have been what becomes Sage or decides on a specific gender identity, I don't think Gender pronouns really matter to them.

As I have said multiple times he still has a capstone available to use we already know one gives him a singular strike that does as much damage as super sonic and there's the shredding wheel even if not a capstone which lets him shoot water jets from his quills.
Mecha will be the best of the best in terms of everything but we might need a team! Maybe maybe gamma and alpha will be his helpers along with a upgraded silver sonic also love the "the one true metal" I wonder if sonic and friends will help in the battle with metal

Hmmmmm na i would love it to instead of just being a boss it's a ai in the station infecting it like a virus sonic will have no way of actually fighting it as it uses automated defenses to attack him and his friends maybe even firing lasers from tvs

Yeah, but we can still upgrade him Further to make him even more formidable with or without the capstone.
Depends on whether he's been built already, no idea if we can outright reprogram him to stop hating Eggman, maybe WE will be tasked with building him.
Or a Tv Host that manipulates the Studios to make themed attacks, like a cooking show that throws knifes and makes pitfalls into boiling water, a weather forecast that uses elemental attacks etc

Don't forget about Beta MK 2 as well, hopefully Eggman doesn't forget about him.
Beta would be a strong and useful component in the battle against metal sonic
I like the TV host idea. we should probably stick a teleporter into him and program him to be genial at first. That way, all attacking the host does is activate the defenses until Sonic can break out of the room. And If sonic plays along all the while? We can still air the guest appearance of the Hero Hedgehog to increase our ratings.
