Networking IV is almost certainly a better tech though. I'd go
Quantum computer > Networking IV > Improved Teaching Methods V
I assume we're going to get Fibre Optic Neurons in the near-ish future too. That's probably going to start unlocking brain augs/neural mesh/stuff like that. Super cool.

Mostly the research centers should be spread out more evenly so all projects get the maximum learning multiplier and the ephemeral engine bonus. Those are much more important than the d25s.

I am of the opinion that we should wait until kebhon gets back for div power training. After all, SUtW is going to give us Div exp. I could be persuaded to get standard precog, but little else.
I honestly don't remember AN ever saying we'd get Div XP for training SutW. I remember him saying we'd gradually build base martial and willpower for doing it, and that we NEED Div to do it, but not that it gives us Div levelups. And even if it did, it'd probably only be trickle XP.
I think we should probably focus in a bit more on our specialty discipline at some point, honestly.
EDIT: I wonder if any new power unlocks with having us finally having both Future Telling and Fortune at Standard? Or Future Telling + Precognition
