[X] Plan Cleaning House
-[X] Comrade-Chairman Zahir el-Hussein
-[X] Engage in a moderate reshuffle, removing those with a history of loyalty to the previous regime and those who've engaged in any corruption.
-[X] Solo aggressive domestic solution. The Egyptian nation needs to powerfully kickstart it's financial heart and it's internal commerce. Thusly a wave of nationalization needs to occur, as what represents a strategic industry for Egypt is broadened from strictly arms to include the human infrastructure of the nation.
-[X] Reprisal; an eye for an eye. The Egyptian state will not tolerate hostile action. This warlord will end and all others will know never to cross the border but keep their eyes inward.
Guys no. We don't have the people for a full invasion.
Many of our generals left so we only have a couple of people with any actual experience. Trying to do a full invasion will explode in our face as we try to grapple with the logistical challenges.
Edit:
That's the thing the disloyal have already left.
I think we should hold an election. Even with our setbacks, we're still running off revolutionary fervor so we should be able to win the election handily. It will further endear ourselves to the people who have been wanting elections for a while. However, we should definitely analyze who our opposition will be; I wouldn't be opposed to censorship or banning of powerful counter-revolutionary parties.
We definitely ought to respond, but the proportionality of the response depends on what we decide in regards to finance. At the bare minimum, we should do a regular [ ] Reprisal, but if we can secure multiple sources of funding, we should consider a []Full Reprisal. At the moment, []Occupation isn't an option due to costs, but it's something that should definitely be considered later on as we resurrect Pan-Arabism.
We definitely should pursue funds from friendly nations. China is the first nation that comes to mind that could give us support without much commitment, though India might also be an option (if they were at all interested in financing us without too much concessions, that is). Shrinking the project or privatization are completely contrary to our goals, while printing funds is just asking for trouble. International financing is a potential option if we're really desperate, but we really should shy away from giving international finance a hook into our country, especially after we just nationalized our industries.Financing the El-Harar Work Policy [Plans can include multiple entries here]
