Taking Refuge in Audacity has merit, but this is somebody that knows us. It would probably be best not to overtly disrespect one of the only people we (OOC) know about who actually cares about Cedra.

Went out of town to get some animal pelts/skins so we can try to earn some money. Got lost, and only got one pelt.
Reasonable to believe, and reinforced by both our training as a leatherworker, and the pelt in our inventory. Would probably cause a bit of concern if he can somehow tell Fenric Wolf fur apart from normal Wolf fur.
I went to the forest again. It's nice there. I forgot to check the time, so I slept on a tree instead.
Basically the same thing we said last time he asked. Would be fairly believable, but would cause a lot of concern due to it being a forest filled with monsters, and Cedra saying she enjoys it there.

Also, I will point out that the minor actions have a 3-way tie as well.

Taking Refuge in Audacity has merit, but this is somebody that knows us. It would probably be best not to overtly disrespect one of the only people we (OOC) know about who actually cares about Cedra.

It's less audacity, and more, "You wouldn't believe me if I told you anyway; let's just say it was a really bad day." It would be one of those "dragging yourself through the door" moments, not a flippantly casual remark.

I am voting for this, he is an innkeeper, he has probably seen Heroes with Fenric Wolf pelts/etc, but it is the only one apart from Exploring that won't end up hurting us if we are lucky and he doesn't know the difference between wolf pelts. (Maybe don't it to show him, just the pack bulge of it?)
