Moving my Vote/Plan here in case it being before vote opening announcement causes issues.
Having read the All Guardsman Party recently and remembering the training camp arc, and taking into account Mayto's words about not making a party that falls apart if anyone dies I'm going to propose a plan based on some conservative options, generally ones that don't mean if a psyker is having a hard time with their powers for whatever reason, say being on a world that was trapped in the warp for millennia fighting chaos corrupted mutants. There wont be an issue.

It removes a path of corruption and a mental weakness, and most crucially, doesn't blind them! The skin is because I think that's neat.

The reduced dependance on tech and psyker powers to move removes a potential point of failure, and sometimes you just need something utterly smashed or butchered. I don't think he'll be our actual apprentice, but this seems good.

Honestly Warhammer is a setting were "MORE FIRE" can go either very badly or Very Well, I'm rolling the dice here. I do insist we give them teeth though, having had my teeth removed myself I must say life is so much better with them. Plus she helps act as a comms person if we need that due to equipment malfunction.

I just think it's safer to not have to rely on psychic powers whenever you don't have to. They deploy as part of a group, this helps the entire group and them being Cadian probably means they've got a decent sense of tactics to help with this.

We travel to a world full of chaos corruption an mutated flesh on our first deployment, if we were fighting Orks or Tau, or most other forces I'd say go full biomancy but in this case stability seems more important.
