So does that mean we can't really fail a psychic check as long as we have warp charge to spare unless it's a crit fail? From the looks of it it's 1 warp charge per 10 we miss by so even a 90 on a 20 check would fall within our 10 warp charge limit.Psy-Rating is not strength, just your capacity to wield your power. You are at 50/50 to be able to perform a 'challenging' psychic ability without needing to draw upon the warp.
