Is see no reason not to try this with another person, we might even accidentally unlock the party function while letting someone else know about our abilities too!

If that name is actually significant, this is a important find. If it's just a reference, and it itself isn't that important, then it is still handy, because we just discovered that Dungeons are a thing, meaning we can do Grinding that raises both our skill and EXP, and not just the skills and having to wait to we graduate to really get started on teh EXP.
@ryuan Since we have gained the Observe Ability, does it tell us anything about this dungeon?
And related, have we peeped any interesting info about Naruto?

So we are either dragging a civilian into a completely unknown, and dangerous situation, or pulling a Genin (or higher ranked ninja) in, revealing our ability, and probably effectively kidnapping him, meaning this scenario WILL be reported.

Going off The Gamer, lvl 9 Observe should be enough to at least tell us the rank of the dungeon. The shown example also told him that the dungeon he found was empty, though not much else.
As for Naruto, that's pretty surprising. Lvl 9 actually gives a lot of information, so I thought it would be high enough to peep up atleast something interesting. Oh well.

It gives info about him, like how he uses pranks to get attention from other people because he's lonely (something you already suspected) and he dreams of being Hokage because he wants to finally have the respect of the entire village.
What you do know however is that Naruto have a shitton of chakra, roughly Jonin level chakra if you could read jonin stats right now. I'd say more than 100~150 in his chakra stat which is suspicious as fuck, but you don't know how to breach the subject with him.

Shouldn't his Vitality also be noticeably higher than normal, because he's a Uzumaki?

What makes you say that? Have you seen all the info that Lvl 9 gives?
Just cause it's a big secret doesn't mean much. Our Observe is VERY informative, and we have no idea how that scales against things.
