A Lion's Pride (Closed Quest / ASOIAF)

Honestly what are you guys the fun police. Literally nothing can go wrong.

-Tywin stays as hand of the king, and we become hand of the king later.
-We can act on paper as a sort of godfather,
-She isn't Dany, She is more then just a glorified claim, there is cleverness and viciousness in her

Literally nothing can go wrong

Welp, it looks like Joffrey has escaped into the real world, killed andy50 and taken his place.

Do we trust Naerys enough to risk this? She has to realize that Jaime has some serious blackmail on her if they go through this.
Also, we're taking the word of Maggy that the baby wont look like Jaime 2.0, which is very improbable considering Lannister traits seem to be dominant. (is she canonically magical?)

Droman is kinda right, doing this will have huge consequence and bullshit in this path of action.

Vote no and deal with the tyrells another way.

There will be huge consequences either way. I'd rather the possibility of Lannister power over the Iron Throne than the guarantee of Tyrell power over the Iron Throne. This is a case of damned if you do and double-damned if you don't.

[x] No. You will not accept Naerys' offer and get her with child. Though there will be troubles ahead with House Tyrell when Aegon takes the Iron Throne, you can weather them.

Everyone loves to mock the supposed prudishness of some voters, but let's not go the other way and start thinking with our dick.

Really? This is thinking with our dick? A queen in our back pocket, a Lannister-bastard on the throne, and a thorn in the Tyrell schemes... I couldn't rightly call this "thinking with our dick." Banging that whore for no gain, yes, very much, but this?

No.

When magic is involved, nothing is improbable.

And where did the notion arise that Naerys is crazy? I don't have the greatest memory, but I can't recall a single instance where she was anything other than sweet and intelligent.

[X] Yes. You will accept Naerys' offer and get her with child. Doing so would prevent the Tyrells from placing one of their own as queen, and… the boy would be yours.

Well, this is a closed quest, so I can't vote, but is there ANY evidence that the maegi she speaks of is actually a maegi instead of a hack?

Gonna be dangerous if the baby has golden hair.

Lannister-Targaryen-Hightower Power Bloc FTW! Our seed will rule over the Seven Kingdoms and our daughter will marry our son, as it should!

Seriously though, this is the only way to ensure we stay in power instead of having our family fucked over to the guys who are our enemies.

Don't stick your dick in crazy the targ bitch be cray cray like the others, especially if shes been talking to maegi's.

Remember the last time a targ girl talked to a maegi? Miscarrgies and coma'd husbands everywhere.

Is there any evidence she isn't? One would assume, since Naerys isn't an idiot, that she knows whether or not this Maggy is the real deal.

Damnit guys, you do remember that Jaime is betrothed and I would kind of prefer that he not fuck absolutely everything in sight.

Maybe it's a terrible idea that'll end up biting us in the ass down the road, but even if it is that'll be a fun ride. And if it all works out, we put our son on the Iron Throne, and secure our eventual Handship. Remember, this is the Game of Thrones. If you don't play to win, you just end up dead.

Were getting married then not becoming a priest... although *looks at thoros*
*sigh*
No loyalty, no discipline. Just... Pitiful. Suppose we can toss any hope of a happy married life out the window when the missus figures out just how many bastards we have running around; one could be forgiven or excused, but two? Three maybe? This isn't Dorne people, up here you're not meant to stick your cock into anything that passes by.

Naerys is by pretty much all accounts the hottest of the hot in Westeros, perhaps Planetos. I don't think that counts as 'everything in sight'.

The risk of anyone else finding out seems minimal, and politically it boosts House Lannister while screwing over House Tyrell.

Really, it seems like the best decision no matter which head you're thinking with.

...dude if anyone finds out that the kid is our bastard we'll have bigger worries then a pissed off wife.

The penis wants what it wants, who are we to question it's demands, who are we to decide who lives. Need to check your god complex m8.

Er, how old is our betrothed? Are you forgetting the double standard inherent to the culture?

"-And after Prince Rhaegar would be killed, he planned to break his son's betrothal and wed him to Princess Naerys. After that he would have the little Princes murdered while his daughter won over Lord Steffon's son."
I feel the need to point this out now and am starting to wonder how long @Mazrick has had this plot line planned.
