[X] Upgraded Malice. While Malice grows stronger, he is merely a peer to the Four, as he has concern over having his existence overtaken by the Darkness he's calling upon. Chaos Four become Chaos Five, with all that implies.

[x] Sealed Away. The Four cooperate long enough to seal Malice away. Chaos Gods start nudging large quantities of Orks and similar threats towards you in 5 Turns. Xenos polities have a far higher chance of becoming hostile and/or Chaos corrupted.

Okay, question, @ilbgar123 : why is this issue we're voting on even coming up at all? Why does there need to be a fifth Chaos God at all? And why is the "Sealed Away" option coupled with "also, Chaos send regular invasion against you"? That doesn't make sense.
The GM wanted to insert his Crossover even deeper into the game, people protested and now we have the "pick either what I wanted or take this poison."

[X] Keep Malice as End Boss. Malice will continue to amass power and begin taking over the Eye/Maelstrom. Potential end-game alliance of all other factions against him. Potential for large outbreaks of Heartless across galaxy from Malice cults, which will act like a hybrid of Daemon Incursions and Ork attacks.

The GM wanted to insert his Crossover even deeper into the game, people protested and now we have the "pick either what I wanted or take this poison."
Saying he wants to insert if deeper is a farce that ignores the crossover is pretty dang base level and that we'd lose more than 80 percent of our current assets and be nigh on unrecognizable if it had never happened.

It also fails to answer the question with respect to that situation.

Ignoring the nature of the warp and the techno bale inherent to of the settings involved that means they can glom.

@SaltyWaffles
Serial critical fail happened which meant we needed a to challenge a primarch, and Eldar battle group, and a horde of or on a space hulk.

This threat was a bunch of soul devouring g interdimensiinal super predators leaning on the darkness emotions in people's souls so they were effective on everything and everyone including the demons. Hearltess. We manage to bust the incursion and stop the run away super accident but not before Malice learned the trick and used it to go from nothing to nightmare.

Delaying the chaos god he oppose cause they cast him off.

We also got replicator and an alliance with the Eldar and super magic crystal which have exploded our growth curve and are basically the sole reason we're a Le to expand as we do and shut down chaos.

There was much acrimony that the heartless and rhe tech basic means chaos is fucked for the near and moderate future towards us in El exchange for and even harder endgame so the gmnin magnamitt is letting go us change that.

Malice either wins and we deal with malice cults a later game hard mode and the need to develop anti Heartress tech which are crystals which we use for everything anyway. Possibly more chances to play chaos against other things as a possible faction more than always chaotic evil.

Or malice just becomes peer and we deal with 5 chaos gods.

Or they somehow fiat win and we deal with having to fight. Chaos more in the mid game and deal with their canon position of always fucckng shit. If in a stronger position.

@ilbgar123 Question! Shouldn't these;
-[X] Continue Rune development x2. You couldn't use other Runes alongside your Self Rune currently, and your limit otherwise was still effectively 4. That should be remedied.
Power Check: 5 Checks passed.
Control Check: 4 Checks passed.
Learning Check: 3 Checks passed. -650 to Check difficulty.
Combined Score Check: Education: Esoteric+Seer: 255+ Forging: Gear: 200+ Psyker: Esoteric+Navigator: 215+ 2235(Education bonus)+ 4245(Forging bonuses)+ 6025(Psyker bonuses)+3500(Eldar SL)=16675 X 2= 33350+35550= 68900.
49350 for Compatibility with Self Rune. Passed. 68900/99350 for 6 Runes.

1070/6300 to Level 54.

While you couldn't use any more Runes than before, being able to combine a Rune of Self with 3 other Runes was very nice. It would also help those following in your footsteps, crafting armors and weapons that had their Self Runes. The applications applied to regular arms and protective suits combined with the bonuses from the Self Rune were enormous, even for people who couldn't manage the craftsmanship you could.

Reward: 3 other Runes may be equipped to armor. Combat bonus increased to 20800.
-[X] Work on combining the Self rune with another. x3. Furthering your ability to combine different Runes with each other only makes sense considering how useful they are.

49350 for compatibility between Self Rune and other Runes. Passed. 88575/99350 for 6 Rune Arrangements.

2890/6300 to Level 54. 12 Perk points.

With a level of psychic tinkering similar to what you needed to create Orichalcix, you manage to vastly increase the compatibility of various Runes. Self Runes can be combined with other Runes, provided a Balance Rune is present, but the other Runes no longer needed one, provided you weren't doing something like combining four Fire Runes with a single Ice Rune, or something similarly incredibly unbalanced.

Reward: Self Runes can now be combined with other Runes, currently 3 X 50 X 32=4800 (due to Self Rune and Blance Rune taking 2/5 slots), which increases the bonus for your Wargear to 20800.
Combine points? Therefore shouldn't the final total be 35,550 + 16,675*2 + 17,675*3 = 121,925 ? So shouldn't we have gotten 6 Rune Arrangements?

Well, I am happy with either upgrad or seal, a incentive I have nothing against spicing up Malice/Malal and the idea of Chaos heartless is interesting and can be an understandable consequence of the event. (Seriously, what are the chances of that 1s chain happening?)

Back to other matters, we where told that we would start receiving certain amount of praise from the Eldar, so I want to know some things about this.

First, how would this affect relationships with other factions of Eldar like the DE, the Exodites, or the Harlequins?

I know that most DE consider will be made out of those that consider other Eldar weak and cowards for ignoring their desires, organizing more until they become a faction that collects slaves and survive out of the psykic energy of their pain.

The same way that soulstones make use the savior of Eldar, our psykic batteries would help a lot for those Eldar trapped on the warp when the fall happened so they wouldn't need to feed of others' emotions to survive, right?

Though I don't know if they could fill the batteries or if they would need to have others charge them, which would be the same tech that they use on their slaves. Still, I think that it is an idea worth exploring.

About the Exodites, I wonder if they would appreciate Imperial tech like the Knight worlds do, or have them receive tech from the Eldar since we could go around the racism that, I think, they have in cannon.

And the Harlequins, well, I know that they still aren't a thing, and that they do whatever their gods commnd with no other objective in mind that the survival of the Eldar race, so maybe we will have some of them showing up on our planets to give shows or defending those that are strategically important for the defense of the Eldar? *Shrug* Not exactly sure when they start being relevant or if we can expect something from Cerogach anytime soon.

Secondly, how would this make the Necrons and how would the Eldar see us if we managed to make some allies among them/with them all?

I know that they don't necessarily hate Eldar (their hate is on the Old Ones), but some Eldar dedicate to destroying tomb worlds and they got spooked by our tech moment ago.

What would they need for an alliance, biological bodies?

Thirdly, how much can be improve the spirit stones and what can we expect from that? Only more resistance or other things like instant teleportation to safety or some influence on the materium?

No need to answer with OCC knowledge.

More than anything this just makes me sad. Especially since people who were having fun are leaving.

I regret talking about kingdom hearts lore. Which is depressing in it's own way.

Is this about KH? I feel like if it was crossed over with something more popular people wouldn't care.
I don't think it was anything you did that contributed to people leaving; it seems to me that the biggest issue people were having with it was that keeping the Heartless in-setting means that they quickly overshadow EVERYTHING else: Ork WAAGH! invasions, the [possibly future] Tyranid incursion into the galaxy, possibly falling out of favor with the Eldar (which due to our fixing their soul-problem so early would have MASSIVE implications), Dark Eldar possibly becoming a faction, and the Great Crusade/Horus Heresy. IOW, it would make this a Kingdom Hearts quest instead of a Warhammer 30k one.

For some inexplicable reason, our replicators can't make good food (which is absurd, considering that we reverse-engineered our replicators from Star Trek replicators, which make good food all the time)--it shouldn't be a hard problem to address.
Actually there is an explanation! In the cooking/baking portion there was mention of how the passion/emotions of the cook/baker might actually make it taste better. Replicators don't have souls so they cannot have this subtle boost and that would have an impact on the taste. (IOW, in order to get good-tasting replicator-food what we need is an ensouled AI controlling the replicator.)

Yeah, Im not sure that I will stick around if the crossover continues. I have joined this quest to uplift 40k and inject some sanity into it, not... this.
My SoD has been pretty much on its last legs lately anyway .
I hope you do stick around, "injecting sanity" is my goal as well.
(By the way: What is "SoD"?)

Could we get a information page for crystals and their level.
Also a information page for the Runic language and level.
A information page for the tailsmans and their level.
Earlier the character made blocks that made champion soldiers. Could it be possible to improve on those blocks to be better and for different things as well.

So a thoughtime coming from the baking interlude.

It seems like replicator can't make good food and 40k in general handcrafts to absurdity not just because of chaos fuckery but because the metaphysical sweat of your brow and directed effort and ritualismore can have effects on the end product.

In more than the like of machine spirits and the like.
Bow while this seems marginal it's probably something we could and should work into extravagant designs we aren't printing for champions with a name.

I remember that we are keeping a segment of old school machining in the midst of our replicate everything craze. Maybe as a project with the mechanics we can develop a Corp of Articifers keeping old methods up and relevant incase of serious business but more importantly shepherding a Cadre of famous super craftsmen and a myth of quality and excellence and ritualism to bottle the effect.

@ilbgar123 Noticed something else! This was meant to have a x2 multiplier. But the additional points are from a single action.
-[X] Improve Mining Ships. Also make sure that they can work with the Forge ships easily. x2. Seeing as they go through a great deal of the mineral wealth that isn't planet-bound in the systems you occupy, you believe these could use some improvement.

Learning Check: 3 Checks passed. -325 to difficulty of Check total.

Combined Score Check: Practicality+Industry: 210+ Education: General+Advanced: 255+ Forging: Gear: 200+ 7375(Invention bonuses)+ 2235(Education bonuses)+ 4245(Forging bonuses)+1000(Workshop bonus)+3500(Eldar SL)= 19020+1220= 20240. 2175 for Improved Mining Ships. Passed. 4675 for Somewhat Improved Mining Ships. Passed. 7175 for Further Improved Mining Ships. Passed. 9675 for Greatly Improved Mining Ships. Passed. 14675 for Largely Improved Mining Ships. Passed. 19675 for Hugely Improved Mining Ships. Passed. 20240/24675 for Impressively Improved Mining Ships.

3530/6300 to Level 54. 12 Perk points currently.

You provide a huge boost to the efficiency of your Mining Ships, causing a major rise in the metals extracted from non-planetary bodies. Extremely sparse asteroid fields would be picked clean in a matter of months, rather than years, and even the most major would have serious bites taken out of them over the course of a few decades.

Reward: Hugely Improved Mining Ships. Free Ship-Building/Shipyard-Building Action has increased to 7 Free Ship/Shipyard-Building Actions.
So if the Mining Ship chain works in a similar fashion to the new Forge Ship chain, shouldn't it be Impressively Improved instead of Hugely Improved? So wouldn't then give 8 Free Ship/Shipyard-Building Actions?

Damnit, ever since that evangelion post I've been thinking of a primarch with an AT field whose ability matches with NGE lore, not the examples given in the show... If I wasn't on my phone I might try to write an omake for it.

Uh, no... bringing Evangelion elements into play is a BAD IDEA. The whole idea behind the show is pretty nihilistic (it culminates in essentially destroying the personhood of every human on Earth), thus would likely boost Malal. Even if it didn't, "Absolute Terror" is not something we want to conceptualize and use, especially because (a) we're living in a universe where concepts/emotions can result in a warp-god and (b) the AT field explicitly links to souls which, surprise, are connected to the Sea of Souls [i.e. the warp].

See this:
Each Evangelion has a human soul inside it: A.T. Fields are generated by the human soul contained within the Eva. The A.T. Field of an Angel is also generated specifically by the Angel's soul.

So, yeah, I don't want to put the creation of a warp-god of Terror onto the fast track.

There are the Psi-Titans of the Ordo Sinister in the fluff, which would be damn near Evangelion units as is.
