Durin, would you say that Spend Time With (Person) is more effective if we consistently spend time with the same people?
It's more of improving relations than anything else, correct?

yes it would, to a limit

@Enjou, last turn Durin said that we can get a custom sword for Jacob from Granalf with Trade Talks.
I think that we need to do it soon, or he will get too used to his current sword like his mother.

@Enjou Thoughts on using a Ridcully action on the STC?
Noooooooo.

After we've healed Ridcully and after we get an idea of what chaos might do to us if we can fix it.

@Durin
1. What might chaos do to us if we fix it? They probably would have attacked us hard if we'd got an intact STC constructor with all the STCs, but the one we'd fix wouldn't provoke a reaction like that... would it?

I suspect that a MoS or some other AI will be required for STC constructor...

@Durin, I have some questions:
1) Will Cheating work better for items found on Avernus now?
2) So, you said that pretty much any sword will work for Jacob, his only requirement is Rune Of Banishment.
a) Can we get him a chemical power sword, which will be able to inject victims with variety of toxins, from non-lethal sedatives to anti-armor acids to liquid explosives to anti-daemon holy essences?
b) Will it likely to work less good game-mechanics wise than a more conventional fire or shock sword?
3) What equipment aside from Force Staff does Ridcully use?
4) Is Questling Beast's hax is big enough deal to consider it a Great One?
5) How Ridcully's new power will work with it? Can he finally get a glimpse on it?

I honestly thought the STC constructor would be blocked off if just for balance reasons.
I don't think durin blocks many actions (remember we had a 2 or something % chance of getting an intact one during generation) we can take most actions if he says we can.

Whether or not we can deal with the consequences of said actions on the other hand...

3) What equipment aside from Force Staff does Ridcully use?
Relic emperor's tarrot cards

4) Is Questling Beast's hax is big enough deal to consider it a Great One?
How would we know?

We completed the human-sized terminator armor design last turn. But are we actually producing any?
We personally?

No, but I'd imagine that Surt has commissioned a set at a bare minimum.

Still it seems like the kinda thing Svart does, they do the high class relics after all.

We deal with the more "mass producible" stuff.

Because it is an unknown trait attached to one of our most critical characters.
If it is a good thing we need to know so we can capitalise.
If it is a bad thing we need to know so we can do damage control.
Most likely it is situationally good/bad and we need to play around it.

Eldrad has been knocking about for several millennia. He isn't going to wonder off because we waited a decade.

Then how about we commission a few of them? Just for those of our characters that would benefit most from it. Something to spend a diplomatic action on.
It's on the list.

Though ATM I think the RM is needed in other areas first.

Termi Armour for the astartes, super comms devices Super Exitus's rifles Exterminatus Torpedoes and more.

We can wait a little.

I thought postcognition wouldn't work on the STC system since long term postcog on Avernus doesn't work in general.
Actually Ridcully's been able to break through the interference to an extent ever since he went Paragon, just not far enough to see the STC's construction. Just thousands of years of it sitting in Storms End.

Due to his increased power, increased control, increased skill and new paragon trait he can get far enough back that he might be able to try.

Plus the STC system we have is much, much closer than 1000LY away.
I'm pretty sure he means this action which doesn't have anything about it needing to be used thousands of light years away.

Greater Divination (Focus)- High Grandmaster Ridcully is more skilled at seeing the present as he is at predicting the future. This allows him to gather a good deal of information about the galaxy using his powers. Possible focuses are the condition of races or organisations, the balance of power in Segmentums or even the activity and compositions of pantheons of gods.

Time: 1 year. (can only be taken once per turn)
Chance of Success: 10%

Cost: 4,000,000 Thrones
Reward: Information on focus. The narrower the target the more information.
So greater divination: focus the STC remains recovered from storms end currently stored in Mag Mel
