Simply making ships provides military force and XP.

It should be noted Nemesis force weapons have qualities making them superior to their normal equivalents and doubly so against daemons.

[] Develop gear to help Psykers train and control their powers.

[] Develop Warp communication technology based on your newly realized ability

[] Develop improved troop gear

[] Develop a good teleportation system/technology
[] Develop increased means of material production

[] Develop increased means of energy production

[] Develop increased means of agricultural production

MMMmmm

Im not sure how... for lack of a better work adaptive the WAAAGH!!! is. Do blanks even short out Ork tech? I mean they were built to fight the necrons...

There's a difference between 'No soul' and 'Soul that is passively hostile to other souls and the energy related to souls' so yes.

There's really no need to search for more means to increase material production. All we have to do is find out how to make our replicators even bigger something not too hard given that startreck already has big industrial ones. Although for more complex builds maybe having a factory that has hundreds of replicators pumping out modular parts that proceed to automatically put together to form said starship might be worth it.

Seriously guys, can we work on Power Armor?I don't care if it's just for Serras' use or for the PDF's use, I want power armor...

We could also do minor invention actions. We can do bonuses to PDF rolls, overall industry, or morale. Major works seem to give better stuff overall, but I think we need to choose right. They also probably give less XP due to harder rolls.
I have added in minor for industry and PDF rolls for two of them, morale we can probably do next turn. I also added gear for Psyker-Control/Willpower boosts and Stable Plasma along with Power Armor. Productivity would be big now so our system can make more stuff.

With a Waaagh on the way, Orks an ever present threat, and the potential for them to snowball into terrifying forces, I think that specific anti-Warp stuff focuses on the Waaagh is a must.

Though honestly, I'm hoping for at least 12 actions on inventions, even counting the free ones. There is so much potential with our genius and psychic abilities.

There's nothing stopping you from doing that if you can get the others to agree.

Looking at our kinda shitty orbital defences, my we should go for an alpha strike or intercept the orks? If we can stop them before the ever land, we could likely prevent massive damage to the planet and ecosystem.

We are getting 6 a turn, since invention all-100 added a free invention action I would rather focus on building up our skills and stats, we get invention all-150 next turn and all-200 the turn after that which may provide more free invention actions or perks that can be acquired that add invention actions.

maybe further genetic enhancement or Research on Primarch DNA to empower normals?

also life extension tech and knowledge implantation tech seems like good project to me.

At the very least we should continue this stuff, we got good mileage out of it.

That is a damn fine avatar picture.

Well get there someday, or jack it from the space marine legions when we meet emps.

Hm. as for developing it ourselves... I just dont think were ready.

We need some kind of super material for plating.

Incredibly strong micro motors to move the darn thing.

Small highly stable power sources to power it...

And a core of technicians to take care of them.

All of these to probably just give a boost to our "hero" units. Given the costs involved in power armor.

Personally... your profile pick kind of gave me an idea.

"Power armor" That just draws energy from the warp to mimic the effects of our Biomancy. Much like a power rangers Morpher. Not sure how safe or even sane that idea is but...

While we're doing all of this important stuff... we need to re-invent a valuable tool of mankind... THE SPORK! It will revolutionize eating! :V

Raising the IQs of the populace up to the maximum humanly possible would be good. Should have big increases in economic productivity and research, among other things. The handful of IQ points gained is a pittance compared to what's possible.

As for making superhumans though, that's good too but they're not going to be as good as you and you could only make a few. They're important but less so than upgrading the entire population, as billions of maximally humanly smart beings will have more effect than a handful of superhumans will.

Anyway, upgrading the IQ of everyone Charlie Gordon-style would most likely require editing hundreds of genes, much more the handful of genes that have been changed so far (I believe). It wouldn't require any non-human genes though, just editing genes to be the optimal variants.

More extreme but still human changes might be possible, if you edit say the entire 10,000 genes that contribute to IQ to replace them all with their optimal human variants. Most likely, such a person would be significantly smarter than any human that ever lived. Almost anyway, exceptions probably being Emps and Primarchs and perhaps a handful of extremely rare people.

You know for projects I guess we could design a body armor/helmet or even implant that protects and acts as a life support system for a persons brain. As it's not like anything short of complete brain death is untreatable. Or we could see if we can copy the eldar and create soul stones to prevent death all together. Hell why not just go all the way and go full capsuleer.

My understanding is that if we take the action it will have a battleship start when the current one finishes at the end of this turn.

Cruisers and Escorts are currently not being built, but they'll be finished by the end of the Turn if they're started with the Options. The Dreadnought will wait until the completion of the current build, the end of this turn, before starting the next.
