Assistant VIs

This is mandatory. Action economy > all. It will pay for itself in a single turn. Invention actions give us huge amounts of XP. 4 invention actions (due to toolbots doubling) can easily get us several levels, AND give us massive bonuses.

Sure, let's become the (slightly lesser) form of the Primarch Avatar

The Murphy's plan is both illegal (we only have 6 perks) and is going to mess up the votes. The votes are line by line, not by plan. Having all those indents just makes it harder to tally.

Martial Check: 2 Checks passed. Total reduction of 175.

Tactics Combined Check: 180+210(Education Perks) +110(Education bonus)+ 185(Psyker Perks)+ 25(Tactician)+ 25(Experienced)=735. Required: 200-50(Martial Check)- 75(Skills)- 50(Perks)=25. 29 Checks Passed. Improved Tactics bonus has increased from 30 to 115.

Gained a Level. Currently possess 7 Perk points. 20/400 to Level 31. +5 to tagged Skills.
hhhhhhhhhmmmmmm I believe we have 7 perks.

Edit
I see so we only have 6 perks then.
I have a question for you guys.
If we increase our knowledge of Runes could we not simply use Biomancy to "carve" Null Chaos runes into the inside of Psyker skulls?
Also with A high enough level in runes could we not make a room surrounded by null chaos runes to make an array or something that makes people essentially "train" willpower to be able to posses higher Psyker power?
Or does null chaos runes in the skull making them unable to feel chaos also make them unable to feel emotions and become little more then automata?

@WorldSlayer iincluding plan wordslayer as a line also fucked up the tally. Votes for that plan or for your name don't get counted at all, just for that one line.

[X] I Know Lots of Things!

Education: General: 60 Perk. I Know Lots of Things! Your knowledge base allows you to make connections most people can't. Provides a +10 bonus to Perception, Electronics, Explosives, Psyker, and Invention Checks.

I don't get why we would need this perk. Even morale bonuses from Combat Perks seem more useful than the Genius tree.

I continue to find it silly that we're only specializing in melee combat, when we could be more of an all-rounder.

Also, Elementalism FTW, level-perks are the best, and additional actions HO!

White Tongued is CRUCIAL to go with Bridge the Gap. If we're going into full uplift mode, we'd damned well make sure we have the social boosts to keep them on the right path without coercion(which just backfires as they train Willpower too)

How about this?

Genius applies to all skills so it is a booster for everything while Combat is only helpful in combat which for me is a reason to wait until we get the 30+ perks from hitting All-25 for stats. Having said that, outside the invention 120, level 30 perks as long we progress along psyker, education or karma speech I am okay.

We have time to boost combat closer to the Waagh, would rather get forging up so we can make all the gear we want (plus there may be some nice perks for creating stuff, like we had toolbots for forging-gear and now assistant VIs for invention necessity)

Edit also elementalism is our ranged option

Have you considered using spoilers or some other method of dividing the different categories when posting these huge lists of perks? It would make it easier to read...

[X] Plan Speak Well and Warp Chat

[X] Level 30 Perk. Seen It All
[X] Invention: Necessity: 120 Perk. Assistant VIs
[X] Psyker: Esoteric: 80 Perk. Warp Messages
[X] Psyker: Esoteric: 100 Perk. Warp Chats
[X] Speech: Diplomacy: 60 Perk: White-tongued.
[X] Speech: Diplomacy: 80 Perk. I Still Believe.
[X] Tag Forging: Armor
[X] Tag Forging: Weapon

So the goal of this is to take both the speaking perks which allow us to better apply our karma score to our speech checks, and combine them with the psyker esotoric perks which allow long range talks which has obvious synergy with each other. We know after all that Magnus and the Emperor were speaking long before they met, and this can unlock that option either with them or just potentially others given the sheer distance that warp chat allows and how many planets are within sectors. There's further benefits in that the Ork Waagh is coming soon, so if there are psykers on other nearby planets in control of themselves we'll be able to contact them.

Level 30 perk and Necessity 120 for reasons others have already stated; and the same for forging: armor and weapon.

I would say thay Elementalist is pretty important to take since we really need to start working on that tree to unlock the rest of the psyker powers. Not to mention that it pretty much turns us into a force of nature at the higher levels.

Warp Chats is also required to unlock the rest of the psyker powers while also granting us impressive strategic benefits that will be very useful in the coming turns.
