Come on, TS has said and keeps saying at every chance that we'll get plenty of opportunities before the final choice. Including right at the end of this update! I don't know if there's any way he can make this clearer.
He has also said, or one of the characters said it I don't exactly remember which (same thing in this case), that negotiations would take time, and none more than with Qoren.
It's gonna be one big, prolonged headache, and we can say "actually this isn't acceptable" at any time before they're finalized, and our father (who is the one actually responsible for the negotiations and the final decision) has allowed us enough leeway in this that he'll listen.
I get the discomfort over leaning towards any particular choice early, but we've been told again and again in no uncertain terms that this is not yet final.

In theory, of course. But that will come with headaches of their own. If negotiations are cancelled without good reason, major offense may be taken, which could drag Dorne into the Stepstones mess...
In my heart, I do still wish for a Gwayne marriage and to speak to the other candidates, but considering this option is final.
Qoren's words imply conflict between us and Daemon if we go through with this marriage in order to protect our would be husband's lands.
As the self proclaimed number one Daemon hater, that prospect sounds juicy, it would also be deeply ironic and please my hate filled heart if Daemon, in attempting to conquer Dorne to gain glory, drove Dorne into our arms and gave US the glory of bringing them into the fold.
Also possible loophole people aren't considering, accepting means negotiations start, and Teen has stated that if we don't like the terms presented we can refuse a marriage, so for the ones who have their eye on another prize, it might be an oxymoronic way of kicking the stone down the road and providing time for discussion with the other options.
Of course that's just conjecture so who knows if it happens that way, and either way, strong husband and getting one over Daemon? Yes please.

Mood, honestly. He is one exceptionally charming man. Though this is still Azel's Qoren and I was hoping for Teen Spirit's.
I'm pretty sure this is impossible, given that Laenor has been dispatched to the Stepstones and we are not going there. In fact, other than talking to Laenor (which is impossible), I think we've done our due diligence. We've heard from Gwayne and Qoren directly. Rhaenys didn't hard-sell her spawn and Lyonel outright dissuaded us from his (he pushed for Laenor but if the update is anything to go by his balance sheet wasn't persuasive). Daddy thinks highly of the Martell match. Johanna's pushing a dark horse we've never considered and will not consider. Randyll's pushing Gwayne. Alicent can work with Qoren, without the weird incestuous vibes that would follow a Gwayne match. What more do we need to know?

I will say you guys will have a chance before negotiations begin to let Viserys know your position on various matters of a marriage agreement. You can't dictate terms persay but you can make clear you consider certain issues important.

Negotiations will be an ongoing thing so you can absolutely still sound out other options while that's going on and just decline whatever offer Qoren makes at the end. You can't negotiate formally while actual negotiations are taking place though.
