The ability to have literally trillions of psykers, all of whom are fairly stable and corruption-resistant (which we already have thanks to all the other traits we got over the length of the quest)... Every Lamented a Librarian, every Thule potentially able to learn some measure of precognition, every citizen on an invaded world able to set an invader on fire with their mind, and an insane number of Choirs able to use Love Unto Death to essentially burn a "Happy Endings Are Mandatory" into the structure of the galaxy...

Choirs "yes" is extremely funny because we can jam a billion people into Legacy of the Federation and turn our Thules into living gods, among other things.
Death being transient I have extremely mixed feelings about but I really do like being able to raise up the innocent. I'm personally a fan of death being a final rest, but it's the cutest option.
