I mean, we're willing to let them do their thing, we're a Significant Local Power that they're hiding behind, and they've even managed to delegate the Webway Gate security to us. It's a pretty sweet deal for them honestly that requires them to do nothing except occasionally toss us a heads up if someone's doing a Funni so we can bonk them.

And unlike a lot of human powers, we're as close to immune to Chaos Bullshit as it gets, so they don't have to worry about us suddenly getting evil grins and turning on them because someone saw a nurgling once and malded over it for decades.

Hold up. I just did some more math.

We're at [] Civilian Infrastructure XVI (0/2). We have [2x 50% Discounts]. We also have [Federation Post] - Messenger Fleet - Reduce the cost of improving Civilian Infrastructure by 50% (rounded down). That's 2 different 50% discounts, one of which clarifies that it rounds down.

So if we turn on the Federation Post ISC, then next turn:
-[] [General] Develop The Federations'...
--[] Civilian Infrastructure XVI & XVII (2/2) (1 action) (1st 50% discount)
--[] Civilian Infrastructure XVIII & XIX (2/2) (1 action) (2nd 50% discount)
--[] Civilian Infrastructure XX (2/2) (Devouring Mechadendrite action)

We could literally get Civ XX with 2 actions. On the same turn we unify with the Shipwrights. Talk about checking off epilogue benefits.

... is everybody ok if I swap the ISC to Messenger Post?

@HeroCooky may I ask when does the next cost increase for Dev kick in?

Father's Biological Warfare V
And why is this still a thing tho, I thought the Chaos Turn was over?

Edit:
Lastly, what Rejuv percentage do we need to make Shipwright integration go smoothly without attacking Unfallen or integrating Coalition?

Do it, I want all-XX and this would make it pretty feasible?

Unknown compared to current stuff, but pretty sure our quality is consistently on the highe(r/st) end of the old scale, and once we have Dreadnoughts we will have an answer for everything but Emps or 3/4 Primarches + Legion attacking us directly.

In order;
This Turn to 2 Actions, as you reached All-XV.
It's biological warfare boosted by psychic means.

So I'm still early on in the quest, aka not even pst page 100 yet, but question, how good is our shit compared to Imperial stuff?
You started at High Imperial tech levels, so qualitatively most of your weapons and industry was up there with the best of 'em (except ships, as they require experience. You should've stumbled across Alectai despairing a few times by now :V).

Currently, your basic bitch groundpounder would mop the floor with a M42 Tempestus Scion in everything except for training. Your Templars could take down Space Marines in 3v1s. Your Space Marines can 1v3 theirs. You also have very advanced vehicles and fighters that can bitch-slap their equivalents seven days till sunday.

4. I notice the Shipwrights are expanding at a breakneck pace. Part of the reason for a lot of what we were doing was to expand so that we could keep up with them and a unification wouldn't be so one-sided, but now that the council has told us to fuck off we've kind of hit the limit of how much we can expand. How would a unification with them look now?
5. Would that unification be dramatically boosted by achieving all-XV first? Would we lose Iconoclast-5 in that union?
1. Beat up the Unfallen or increase your population by 300%.
2. All XV will give you the choice of either loosing 1 Icono or getting weaker traits but keeping your 5 Icono.

Thanks for replying, I must have phrased things wrong:
1. In relation to part 1 of your earlier answer, how much Rejuv % do we need to fulfill the second clause? (I assume that people living longer on average increases the stable population, which may not be true)
2. Since we now have All-XV, if we get 300% pop compared to last time, do we get to keep their traits during Integration without losing out on 1 Iconic?

1. Nothing. That doesn't affect things beyond raising the ceiling of how many people you can have...which will require at least a century to fill up again.
2. If you somehow can do that, yeah.

Doesn't the imperium get better tech during the indomitus Crusade? How would we compare then?

You know, I can't help but wonder what old Abaddon is thinking right now, with us building into a major future threat.

Seriously, we're about to unlock Dreadnought ships and we have major anti-chaos abilities. That's got to be concerning to him. Is he just hoping the Tyranids eat us all? Or has he simply not been alerted to the Glimmering Federation?

Heck if I know. Likely worse, due to no World Spirit.
I mean, unlike Maiden Worlds, minor daemons literally burn on conscrated worlds, especially given sheer collective weight of billions of souls that follow starchild and live on the worlds.

World spirit is stong in active material defence by litterally rousing the planet to fight with it catching the dead souls, but passive "fuck chaos" streength of our consecrate worlds plus boost from our populations who given the lack of poverty and transformation of our woulds into being Gaia-like(from stellaris) status means that in few decades/centuries our planets will eclipse Maiden Worlds (not that eldar admit it).
He's dead. Vashtorr nuked him.
VASHTORR DID WHAT?!
