Now I ask if the other nations have or made a Dossier on the Glimmering Federation?
I'm willing to give the thread a single Action that isn't affected by Traits/Psykana for such an omake of adequate quality.

I wonder how a NegaQuest Duchy would react to the Harmonization Cultural Trait they got from the Glimmering Federation.
I've made a general purpose one a while ago. Here.

524.M43 - By Crimson Faith
By Crimson Faith, We Shall Never Bow.

You must create:
-3x Battleships
-3x Grand Cruisers
-4x Heavy Freighters
-3x Heavy Cruisers
-1x Light Freighter
-4x Light Cruisers
-5x Frigates
-4x Destroyers

Unique Faith Weapons Uncovered:
(6-Hour Moratorium)
(Doctrine does not apply to these.)

Torpedos:
Duskborn Seekers
- Though these four torpedo tubes firing 200-meter torpedos do not possess the explosive weight of their similarly-sized cousins, they have been graced with faithful Machine Spirits and tiny miniaturized void shields, capable of seeking their foes with dogged determination that only dedicated fire may end. (2 DP) (Minimum Class: Destroyer)
Nightborn Seekers - Though these six torpedo tubes firing 250-meter torpedos do not possess the explosive weight of their similarly-sized cousins, they have been graced with sanctified Machine Spirits and minor miniaturized void shields, capable of seeking their foes with dogged determination that only dedicated fire may end. (3 DP) (Minimum Class: Frigate)
Darkest Hour Seekers - Though these eight torpedo tubes firing 300-meter torpedos do not possess the explosive weight of their similarly-sized cousins, they have been graced with faithful Machine Spirits and miniaturized voidshields, capable of seeking their foes with dogged determination that only dedicated fire may end. (4 DP) (Minimum Class: Light Cruiser)
Dawnborn Hounds - Though these twelve torpedo tubes firing 400-meter torpedos are not as destructive as their similarly-sized cousins, they possess rabid Machine Spirits and large miniaturized void shields that zealously seek their foes with a determination only Paladins and Lamenters can match. (5 DP) (Minimum Class: Heavy Cruiser)

Macro-Cannons/Railguns:
Sawblade Gunnery
- A triple-barrel Light Macro-Cannon firing at speeds most consider outrageous, as its internal mechanism allows for fully automated shooting. (2 DP) (Minimum Class: Destroyer)
Gnawing Gatlings - A triple-barrel Medium Macro-Cannon firing at speeds most consider outrageous, as its internal mechanism allows for fully automated shooting in a respectable caliber coated with internal acidic agents to further degrade enemy armor from within thanks to the workings of the Irrita. (3 DP) (Minimum Class: Frigate)
Riptide Cannonades - A triple-barrel Heavy Macro-Cannon firing at speeds most consider outrageous, as its internal mechanism allows for fully automated shooting of among the highest calibers of the Federation. (4 DP) (Minimum Class: Light Cruiser)
Hate of Heresy - A quadruple-barrel Light Macro-Cannon firing with a constant staccato for as long as its thermal dissipation mechanisms allow, thanks to its internal mechanism enabling fully automated shooting. (4 DP) (Minimum Class: Destroyer)
Silver Stencils - This Light Railgun fires blessed rods of silver inscribed with sheet music pertaining to holy hymns, exalting the righteousness of their use against the enemy. (5 DP) (Minimum Class: Light Cruiser)
Sapphire Stenographs - This Medium Railgun fires blessed rods of silver inscribed with sheet music created by psychically attuned sapphires carving words and notes pertaining to holy hymns, exalting the righteousness of their use against the enemy into the rods themselves. (7 DP) (Minimum Class: Light Cruiser)

Plasma-Macro Cannons:
Rotfang Pattern
- A Light Plasma-Macro Cannon utilizing the secret mechanisms of Magos Rotfang to induce a "Splash" effect upon hit enemies, allowing rounds to burn through shields at a faster rate. (2 DP) (Minimum Class: Destroyer)
Mania Pattern - Mania Pattern-Medium Plasma-Macro Cannons fire not so much shells as they fire concentrated streams of energized plasma, exchanging range for continued damage upon enemy ships within short ranges. (3 DP) (Minimum Class: Frigate)
Promise Pattern - A Super-Heavy Plasma-Macro Cannon firing shells that are capable of autonomously seeking enemy ships and altering their course to hit vessels even when they shouldn't have been able to. (5 DP) (Minimum Class: Heavy Cruiser)

Lances:
Adherent's Light Lance
- This Light Lance fires a continuous stream of energy upon its targets, seeking no recourse but the enemy's destruction after being activated with malicious intent. (3 DP) (Minimum Class: Destroyer)
Shadow Of The Wing - An Ultra-Heavy Lance Artillery that fires a sphere of wabering energy that leaves behind ephemeral apparitions of feathers within its wake that dissipate shortly after appearing. When fired in tandem with other Lance weaponry, they swerve to add their destructive potential to this one, adding to its power with every shot fired. One such sphere is capable of destroying an Aries-Q fully. (10 DP) (Minimum Class: Heavy Cruiser)
The Holy Spear of the Child - Inspiration has struck the teams still fruitlessly studying the weapons of the green ships long taken, and they have developed this weapon, a variant of the Green Arc Lance Batteries that fires a beam of holiest gold at immense ranges to strike the foes of the Star Child with immense power. (15 DP) (Minimum Class: Light Cruiser)
The Holy Sword of the Child - Inspiration has struck the teams still fruitlessly studying the weapons of the green ships, and they have developed this weapon, a variant of the Green Arc Cannon Batteries that fires a beam of immensely powerful holy gold at close range, with a recharge time reduced to insanely short speeds. (15 DP) (Minimum Class: Light Cruiser)
Darkness of the Void - A variant on the TetraTek arc cannonade that fires sanctified shells inscribed with sigils of Mercy and Death. The evidence of their detonations can only be seen in the flickering cessation of reality where their targets once resided and the merciful and complete death they leave behind. (25 DP) (Minimum Class: Heavy Cruiser)

Missiles:
Glittering Tear-Pattern Light Missiles
- Crafted by the Msk'fa, these Light Missiles utilized the latest in the Federation's Arsenal to turn the battlefield into a morass of sensor ghosts and false signatures upon being destroyed, either by enemy AM or upon impact. Their creators gleefully noted that the signatures used do not impede Federation sensors. (3 DP) (Minimum Class: Destroyer)
Clockwork Heavy Missiles - Created by a Dirut Adherent to the Order of the Collected Equations, Clockwork Heavy Missiles contain internal, and highly sophisticated, machinery that enable these missiles to skip a second "ahead" in local space-time, by-passing shields or hull entirely. (10 DP) (Minimum Class: Frigate)

Hangars:
Sibling Nest
- This Hangar has been re-tooled to field Little Siblings instead of Thules with Command Siblings in their midst, allowing Carriers to field an additional 200 Little Siblings. (4 DP) (Minimum Class: Heavy Cruiser)

Bombs:
Lord Utakar's Reprise
- A delivery design taken from the Duchy's Vassal Species, the F'li Mit'u, combined with a perfidious strain of fungus from the Irrita, mean that this bomb is capable of being shot into a formation of an enemy and explode, coating several thousand kilometers of space with an autotrophic fungus that will rabidly devour metals and organic materials to further its growth. (15 DP) (Minimum Class: Grand Cruiser)

Mines:

Unique Faith Equipment Uncovered:
(Doctrine does not apply to these.)
Mirror of Nebulla - Settled deep within the heart of a ship, often next to the onboard cathedral or church, the Mirror rests, inactive but waiting. Anyone who enters the vessel with hostile intentions will feel as if they are looking at a reflection while aboard, and will, gradually, be shown the sins of their stained soul and be forced to comprehend it with a sane mind. (8 DP)
Tears Of The Child - A psychically active fluid created by an onboard Choir capable of sealing most sickness and wounds for days on end, placing said maladies in stasis while allowing the patient to remain active, thus significantly increasing the survival rate of the sailors and soldiers. (20 DP)
Crystal Heart - A beating mass of psy-reflective tissues grafted into the plasma reactor of a vessel, acting as the center of the same's Machine Spirit, fashioned after the visions the Necrosages of the Star-Mechanicum received while maintaining the Black Cat's Claw, enabling the ships Machine Spirit to wake in time of greatest need. (30 DP)
Phantom Spirit - Combining all of the known stealth systems of the Federation into a single package and then augmenting it with prayers and blessings inscribed in hallowed alloys in the internals of these machines, the vessel that houses them becomes less than a ghost in the void, they are a phantom, able to disappear nearly at will. (10 DP (+10 DP per Ship Class above Destroyer))
Five-Fold Armor - Armor plating in five layers that have been five-fold blessed and inscribed with holy scriptures. They are equivilant to lattice armor in toughness but can always hold a little longer, and protect a little better than they should otherwise. Not to mention their improved protection against warp-based attacks. (4 DP)
Small Blessed Manufactories of the Five-Fold Faith - These variant manufactories are arranged in a star pattern inside the hull, producing armaments, supplies, and other sundry items. The products of such manufactories are resistant to corruption. (6 DP)
Medium Blessed Manufactories of the Five-Fold Faith - These variant manufactories are arranged in a star pattern inside the hull, producing armaments, supplies, and other sundry items. The products of such manufactories are resistant to corruption. (13 DP)
Large Blessed Manufactories of the Five-Fold Faith - These variant manufactories are arranged in a star pattern inside the hull, producing armaments, supplies, and other sundry items. The products of such manufactories are resistant to corruption. (20 DP)
Titanic Blessed Manufactories of the Five-Fold Faith - These variant manufactories are arranged in a star pattern inside the hull, producing armaments, supplies, and other sundry items. The products of such manufactories are resistant to corruption. (30 DP)
Monumental Blessed Manufactories of the Five-Fold Faith - These variant manufactories are arranged in a star pattern inside the hull, producing armaments, supplies, and other sundry items. The products of such manufactories are resistant to corruption. (45 DP)
A Conclave of Kin - A collection of specialists from every kin species of the Federation, conveying similar if reduced bonuses to the specialty kin enclaves (Paw and Claw, Living Warp-Machines, etc) while encouraging harmony among species. (5 DP)
Blessed Shrines of the Martial Ordos - This ship carries an entire martial faith order, including training halls and housing for a regiment-sized Faith Order, complete with modern weapons and armor. They will defend the ship with a fanatical zeal. (4 DP)
Blessed Abbeys of the Martial Ordos - This ship carries an entire martial faith order, including training halls and housing for five regiment-sized Faith Orders, complete with modern weapons and armor. They will defend the ship with a fanatical zeal. (8 DP)
Blessed Temples of the Martial Ordos - This ship carries an entire martial faith order, including training halls and housing for a SAG-sized Faith Order, complete with modern weapons and armor. They will defend the ship with a fanatical zeal. (16 DP)
Blessed Symphonia Arcanum Enginarium - As the base equipment, but a larger boost and also provides protection against warp-corruption when in operation. (16 DP)
Blessed Symphonia Arcanum Defensio - As the base equipment, but a larger boost and also provides protection against warp-corruption when in operation. (16 DP)
Blessed Symphonia Arcanum Scutum - As the base equipment, but a larger boost and also provides protection against warp-corruption when in operation. (16 DP)
Blessed Symphonia Arcanum Arma - As the base equipment, but a larger boost and also provides protection against warp-corruption when in operation. (16 DP)
Saintly N'Nonmiton Squadron - The pinnacle of Thule existence - further expanded upon. They are, without comparison, the best of humanity, then blessed once more by the Star Child. In addition to unmatched skill, dedication, ability, and record, they carry the very divine protection of the Star Child. Can only be taken once. (20 DP)
The Discordant Hymn - [REDACTED BY ORDER OF THE ORDER OF CERBERUS] Enables a ship to use a Discordant Shriek. (150 DP)
The Halls of Sacred Sands - Equipped with carefully crafted and dispersed gravitational machinery, the thusly equipped ship is capable of ferrying a miniature version of the Sacred Sands within itself, fortifying itself against the machinations of Ruin and, to a lesser effect, enemy fire. (30 DP)
Singing Machine Spirits - The Machine Spirits of this ship can sing alongside its Choirs, boosting the work of one of them. More effective if the vessel has a significantly developed, boosted, or active Machine Spirit. (10 DP)
Tabernacle of Guiding Moonlight - In the central shrine of this ship stands a silver altar decorated with iconography of Holy Luna. On it rests a crystal receptacle, shimmering with teal-and-silver energy. As Luna was once said to hold power over the human mind, so does this blessed vessel. As Luna was once the guide to those who traveled by night and the source of illumination and clarity in the darkness, so does this blessed vessel guides the crew through confusion, uncertainty, and deception, preventing any undue mental influence from taking root. (30 DP)
Tabernacle of Burning Sun - In the central shrine of this ship stands a golden altar decorated in the iconography of Holy Sol. On it rests a crystal receptacle, glowing with intense, golden light. A mere fraction of Sol's tremendous power rests in this blessed vessel, contained by the legends of Sol as a protector from the horrors of the dark, as the source of life-giving light, and as the arbiter of justice. Those unjust and unnatural who would spurn life and light will find that once they enter this ship, they won't escape the burning gaze emanating from the very walls. (30 DP)
Tabernacle of Seeing Stars - In the central shrine of this ship stands a gem-studded altar decorated in the iconography of Holy Stars. On it rests a crystal receptacle, darkness inside, illuminated by multiple colorful wisps. Looking through this blessed vessel one might see the night sky as it was seen in the ancient times, when it was said that the stars hold knowledge of the fate of mortals and the dome of heavens was a face with a thousand eyes, all-seeing and all-knowing. Through it, a blessing is given to those partaking so that their sight extends to the entirety of the ship, impossible to disrupt or block, and their heart always knows of the coming of those who should not be. (30 DP)

AN: I couldn't figure out more weapons and any unique equipment, so I am opening the gates for people to propose more weapons and equipment for me to fit in (after altering them to make them work with appropiate costs).

Equipment:
  • Mirror of Nebulla: A religious decoration that cause any being capable of reflection feel the sins crawling on their back. (basicly stealing chaos' gimmick) "Am I a bad person"
  • Tears of Starchild: A psychicly active fluid being able to heal most sickness and wounds, greatly incresing survival rate of the sailors and soldiers and allowing for more humanitarian aid
  • Crystal heart: A arcane equipment that allows ships machine spirit to awake much faster and stay conqintasnse for longer
  • Ghost defense system: anti boarding systems that are even better and involve summoning minor deva of Starchild
  • Theme music: Ships being able to produce music that makes them better at doing their job and working with other ships with better coordinations

Does the unique faith equipment have to be combat related? Could we have divine logistical/civilian equipment?

I imagine those Heavy Freighters with divine equipment would make for some frightening logistical capabilities.

Ladies and gentlemen, make a battleship with all lances and upgrades, and we may well have our Hive Ship killer.

Unique Faith Weapons Uncovered for this Design only:
(Doctrine does not apply to these.)
Cleansing Light - A unique Prow Artillery Lance utilizing principles barely understood by even its (unfortunately now dead) creator, it teleports a sphere of contained energy to a position contained within a 90° cone in front of the ship it is mounted on, able to outright devastate a fully shielded Destroyer caught within the full blast or badly damage close formations if fired into them. (10 DP)
Herald of Dusk - Though these two hundred-meter torpedos do not possess the explosive weight of their similarly-sized cousins, they have been altered with determined Machine Spirits and shields, seeking their foes with dogged determination that only a full broadside may end. (3 DP)
Chainbreaker - With machinery blessed and automatic systems well-maintained, this triple-barrel Light Macro-Cannon fires at speeds most would consider frightening if they were on its receiving end. (3 DP)
Cadence of Machinery - These missiles may not have the damage potential their siblings have. Still, they have been fitted with malignant Scrapcode insulated behind five times five blessed air-gapped security gates, which will inflict ruinous losses upon any ship they are fired upon. (15 DP)
Lover's Dance - A Light Lance weapon that fires twice as fast as conventional Light Lances, yet it fires one white beam, which creates heat, and one black beam that saps the same heat right back. It is unknown how this is possible or why it was named such. Only that the blueprints were adorned with a half-mask of a large-eared animal and that of a priestly visage. (3 DP)

Unique Faith Equipment Uncovered for this Design:
(Doctrine does not apply to these.)
Blessed Munitions - Prayer, Symbol, Water, Faith, Dedication. With these five, munitions are made more than they were before. (2 DP)
Hallowed Vellum Scriptorums - Within these blessed halls, fifty-five scribes and priests carefully inscribe prayers and holy symbols upon vellum and parchment, distributing their works to the crew, the ship's machinery, and the fleet the ship accompanies. Such holy works strengthen the faith of all who look upon them and slightly settle the Veil wherever they are applied. (5 DP)
Enginarium Spirit Shrines - These shrines, placed into the Enginarium by some of the more superstitious faithful, are said to house Machine Spirits that will rouse themselves to aid the engines of a ship to perform beyond what they are expected of, all to ensure it may live another day. (3 DP)
Cult of the Living Martyr - "Though we are the daughters of a pilot-hero, we must remember that we cannot become the same if our deeds end in our death. The living may serve yet another day; the dead cannot do more than grieve those left behind." (6 DP)
Garden of Edau - Hydroponics created and crafted to such a degree that the plants within seem to never stop growing in abundance, able to supply and give a fleet some fresh produce for morale or for one ship enough to feed it indefinitely. (5 DP)
Here be the Equipment and Weapons that we had during our first Faith Turn. Oh how far we have come.

Added three proposed Equipments.
Does the unique faith equipment have to be combat related? Could we have divine logistical/civilian equipment?
It can be whatever you want it to be thb.
Is this equipment exclusive for this turn?
Yeah.
Here be the Equipment and Weapons that we had during our first Faith Turn. Oh how far we have come.
And you don't have access to it if it isn't listed.

Ok. @HeroCooky Ideas. I should prooobably stop.

Ideas for faith equipment - can we pull from the Temple Ship equipments? I'm interested in:
Hallowed Munitions - With the inscription of holy symbols and the faith of the faithful, the weaponry aboard this vessel will find their foes lacking before their divine might. (5 DP)
Sigil Lenses - With holy inscriptions are these Lances elevated from mere destructive might to holy fury. (5 DP)
Blessed Pin-Ups - Though the subject matters of the arts adorning the strike craft of the Glimmering Federation may run the gamut from proper to scandalous, all are nonetheless blessed by priests before the battle is to commence. (5 DP)
Oasis of Hymns - A small patch of thoughtful silence that fills the soul with strength and purpose, where the Psykers of the Federation can rest and center their minds against the horrors to come that they will gladly face again and again. (15 DP)

Or some variants thereof.

Basing these on our existing equipment.
Phantom Spirit - Combining all of the known stealth systems of the Federation together into a single package, and then augmenting it with prayers and blessings, the ship with this equipment is less than a ghost in the void, they are a phantom, able to disappear nearly at will.
Five-fold Armor - Armor plating in five layers that has been five-fold blessed and inscribed with holy scriptures. They are equivilant to lattice armor in toughness, but always are able to hold a little longer, protect a little better than they should otherwise. Not to mention incredible protection against warp-based attacks.
Blessed Manufactories of the Five-Fold Faith:
These variant manufactories are arranged in a star-pattern inside the hull, producing armaments, supplies and other sundry items. The products of such manufactories are resistant to corruption. (different sizes)
A Conclave of Kin: A collection of specialists from every kin species of the Federation, conveying similar if reduced bonuses to the specialty kin enclaves (Paw and Claw, Living Warp-Machines, etc), while encouraging harmony among species.
Gravimetric Dominance:
Blessed Temple of the Martial Ordos: This ship carries an entire martial faith order, including training halls and housing for a system-army-group sized faith order complete with fully-modern weapons and armor. They will defend the ship with a fanatical zeal. (Also smaller versions that are just shrines or abbeys?)
Blessed Symphonia Arcanum Enginarium - As the base equipment, but a larger boost and maybe also provides protection against warp-corruption when in operation.
Blessed Symphonia Arcanum Defensio - As the base equipment, but a larger boost and maybe also provides protection against warp-corruption when in operation.
Blessed Symphonia Arcanum Scutum - As the base equipment, but a larger boost and maybe also provides protection against warp-corruption when in operation.
Blessed Symphonia Arcanum Arma - As the base equipment, but a larger boost and maybe also provides protection against warp-corruption when in operation.
Saintly N'Nonmitons - The pinnacle of Thule existence - further expanded upon. They are, without compare, the best of Humanity, then blessed once more by the Star Child. In addition to unmatched skill, dedication, ability, and record, they carry the very divinve protection of the Star Child.

Weapons?
Darkness of the Void - Variants on the TetraTek arc cannonade which fire sanctified shells inscribed with sigils of mercy and death. The evidence of their detonations can only be seen in the flickering destruction of their targets, and the merciful and complete death they leave behind.
The Holy Spear of the Child - Inspiration has struck the teams still fruitlessly studying the weapons of the green ships, and they have developed this weapon, a variant of the Green Arc Lance Batteries that fires a beam of holiest gold at immense ranges to strike the foes of the Star Child with immense power.

Anyone who enters the vessel with hostile intentions will feel as if they are looking at a reflection while aboard, and will, gradually, be shown the sins of their stained soul and be forced to comprehend it with a sane mind. (8 DP)
See us stealing veterans of the long war as they try to board our battleships, imagine us getting more space marine chapters

AN: I couldn't figure out more weapons and any unique equipment, so I am opening the gates for people to propose more weapons and equipment for me to fit in (after altering them to make them work with appropiate costs).
  1. (Prototype) The discordant hymn
    • This expensive equipment allows a Choir, when aided by 5 other Choirs in ships (which don't need this equipment) surrounding the equipped ship, to work as a Discordant Shriek.
  2. The extending Halls of Halloween Sands
    • This equipment allows the ship, as long as it remains semi-stationary (acceleration <0.1g during usage), to extend temporary structures and fill them with Sacred Sands boosting the work of Choirs stationed on the Ship. Requires long setup during which the ship must remain semi-stationary.
  3. Singing Machine Spirits
    • The Machine Spirits of this ship (which must be of individually named (temple ship or big enough to be listed as notable ship in the forces of the Federation informational)) can sing alongside its Choirs, boosting the work of one of them. More effective if the ship has a very developed machine-spirit (-> has seen significant use).
  4. The hallowed gardens
    • Allows this ship to feed itself and contribute to the feeding of its fleed. Or the feeding of civilian populations during emergencies.

This is honestly kind of a stupid question, but if we stuck 5 Hexagramatic Gramophones of the right set together, could we set up Songs?

Obviously this would be nice if we could shoot Naval-Grade PROMETHEAN GAZE or Black Hole, but I was thinking more like being able to set up Cease to deal with warp fuckery, and so on.

If not, a Song-singing machine might be a neat Faith equipment, considering they're also massive jumps in technology largely incomprehensible to us.

Added proposed weapons and equipment.
Ideas for faith equipment - can we pull from the Temple Ship equipments?
No. They need to be something else.
Can we get some extra big and special drop pods and Air-Void strike crafts that where build in the image of the hallowed relics?
The first is something you would have needed to take the Lamenter Design Action for, the latter is a whole other thing. You are not making fighters, you are making ship equipment.
This is honestly kind of a stupid question, but if we stuck 5 Hexagramatic Gramophones of the right set together, could we set up Songs?
No, that kind of usage would rip the ship straight into the Warp.

More ideas, if allowed:

Tabernacle of Guiding Moonlight

In the central shrine of this ship stands a silver altar decorated in lunar iconography. On it rests a crystal receptacle, shimmering with teal-and-silver energy. As the moon was once said to hold power over human mind, so does this blessed vessel. As the moon was once the guide to those that traveled by night and the source of ilumination and clarity in the darkness, so this blessed vessel guides the crew through confusion, uncertainty and deception, preventing any undue mental influence from taking root.

Tabernacle of Burning Sun

In the central shrine of this ship stands a golden altar decorated in solar iconography. On it rests a crystal receptacle, glowing with intense, golden light. A mere fraction of Sun's tremendous power rests in this blessed vessel, contained by the legends of Sun as protector from the horrors of dark, as the source of life-giving light, as the arbiter of justice. Those unjust and unnatural, those who would spurn life and light, will find that once they enter this ship, they won't escape the burning gaze emanating from the very walls.

Tabernacle of Seeing Stars

In the central shrine of this ship stands a gem-studded altar decorated in stellar iconography. On it rests a crystal receptacle, darkness inside iluminated by multiple colorful wisps. Looking through this blessed vessel one might see the night sky as it was seen in the ancient times, when it was said that the stars hold knowledge of the fate of mortals and the dome of heavens was a face with a thousand eyes, all-seeing and all-knowing. Through it a blessing is given to those partaking, so that their sight extends to the entirety of the ship, impossible to disrupt or block, and their heart always know of the coming of those who should not be.

TLDR: some anti-boarding equipment with celestial theming. The moon blocks any mind-affecting attacks, like illusions, Khornate aura of wrath or Slaaneshi temptations (and yes, I'm making a Bloodborne reference, what you're gonna do?); the sun does the vampiric special to anything sufficiently nasty (or can serve as battery for Choirs to spam PROMETHEAN GAZE); the stars give the crew minimap and alert siren in their minds.
