I had the same thought as well. Watchers+Imperial Fists to try to get that Triple Sacred Number Bonus again while clearing a request by a Personality.

I think so, yeah. It looks like they make things they lasso lighter, so you can rope a marine and drag him back like he's made of styrofoam
