Pigeon birb goes brrrrrrr, a workhorse parental figure seems wholesome enough and the right fit for our AGI.
We definitely need a lot of soldiers, but 25K is somewhat overkill and we'll lose out on too many civilians and parasite craft, so 10K will have to do.

We have 12 total parasite craft, and 5 million people. So 10k soldiers is what, 0.2%? The percentage that's military craft seems more important, since we only have 12 and those are responsible for carrying the actual colonization mission. Still, redundancy...

Do keep in mind that TAUBENMUTTER is struggling with its personhood (as seen by their pronouns being it/its (yes, I know those are actual pronouns of some people, but for an AGI that raises some questions)) and would not be half as outgoing as the next-quietest option.
Those craft are actually internally stored in the Big Donut. The 12 Parasite Craft were added in a later revision after an upgraded Alcubierre Drive increased the radius of its effect-field, allowing those 12 to be anchored.
