The more I think about it, the more I like this one. Chatelet for the speech just makes sense because she not only was on the QZ and she also lost loved ones, but she was known as a hero. Mona would be good on a speech too, but she wasn't actually there on the QZ. She didn't actually know JU all that personally.

Her working the crowd is a bit more honest and would be about as good.

I did really want to have Doctor Silver give one of the speeches, but then I remembered that this isn't just a memorial for JU, but for every hero who died during the Movement. In that case, I think Chatelet replacing him makes sense, and moving him to security fits very well. Only change I'd possibly make is swapping someone else out for Miss Naught, since I'm not sure what exactly she brings to the situation contextually, but I'm not even sure who I'd swap in instead of her.

- [X] Handyman, Silver and Valiant Gold act as their civilian selves (Rhys, John and Noelle). The former so that he can speak freely about his time with Old JU, the latter two so that they remain secret weapons for now. All other characters act as their hero personas.

Close to my idea and Black Swan has very good Rep, I like this plan. Had forgotten about Chaucer but he seems like a good fit too

Have the Leaders as is only Right make a speech about their fallen comrades, then have Black Swan the new Star gives people hope.

For Crowd make it a Real alliance action by having Gentleman James and Miss Naught recruit candidates with Opale and Chaucer. They Should all have high Rep especially Chaucer who remember Nora trusted with all of JU assets including Prometheos if all of JU died. If that doesnt imply High Rep I dont know what will. Having James and Naught in this is both a sign of trust and hopefully a step for the future merger.

At the very least if Candidates they recruit becomes Heroes that greese for and after the merge happens.

Can't speak for Parabola, but I chose MN because she has decent Espionage (6) and Reputation (5), she was present at the Big Fight, and we've never seen her flip out or fumble a social situation.

Rhys can look like any face in the crowd, so I think he's better at security. And while Doctor Silver has decent Rep, he has the whole 'seeing in 100 yards in every direction' thing going on, making him perfect for security.

As for Ellie... Asides from how she'd probably only be talking about how she lost her mother, she also was just revealed to have a trait that increases her Hit and her team's if she gets ambushed.
