I'm a little surprised this guy is still alive. Ghosts don't form after every mortal death, but they still form somewhat commonly and are more frequent around traumatic death. They're also attracted to things similar to how they lived and died.
Even if none of his victims stuck around for revenge an ignorant mundane running around with that sort of trace on him is just asking for negative attention from the ghost of someone else's victim who did. Or really from anyone who can see it regardless of how much they care about justice. That guy is wearing a spiritual acceptable target sign.
edit: "harry should we investigate quirrel?" " no its against the rules!"
"luke, we have to fight the empire!"
"i dont want to rebel against our government, that would be illegal!"
"ghandi,should we protes?"
"what,no!thats illegal! its a terrible mindset to go against government authority!get back to work!"
" i have enough of these english royalists!lets just dump the tee in the harbor!" "are you insane!? they are our rulers!now get back to paying taxes!"
thats fine. i understand your position. And if you are for the authoritarian rule of the goddess Empress Molly, then ok. I am personally against the sole seizure of power. It is too complicated and I am not particularly interested in it. But ok. I understand your position. I just do not want this in the quest.
submissive mentality was meant for an attitude of, "the government should not be interferred with and being nonlawful is a bad mindset". not "anything but death is unacceptible" and, yes, its straw man. we are an extreme person( powerwise)[X] Tiffany's plan, get a confession to hand to the police

For everybody seriously voting for the vigilante killing, maybe consider for a sec, that Daniel is right there and we might have to end up having to explain this to Charity?
I think those are slippery slope strawman examples. There is a big difference between going "screw the rules, I'm doing what is right", when there is no real alternative, and between when there very much is, and it's just more convenient.
If we had to choose between respecting mundane British authority and letting this guy go on killing, I would choose to screw the law every time. But here's the thing, we don't have to. It's not actually necessary this time.
There's a big difference between a "submissive mentality" and not, basically, wanting to take over the world just yet.
This would make our anima flare - Crown costs 2 motes per use, we flare when we go above 4 motes per scene.[-] Use Hollow Mind Possession on his car, and order the cyber devil to have an "accident" if it looks like he's going to kill again before the police stop him.
Crown only costs one essence per use. This would make our anima flare - Crown costs 2 motes per use, we flare when we go above 4 motes per scene.
In terms of the vote, my primary goal is to provide closure to the families of the victims.

But do we only spend one essence on the crown? This would make our anima flare - Crown costs 2 motes per use, we flare when we go above 4 motes per scene.

Oh, yes. Sorry, I misremembered.
Lydia doesn't know how things are going, but we spent some time helping her explain how death works to our priests from the city of the end, preparing them for the arrival of ghosts from reality. While rereading quest I remembered a couple of projects with Molly world and I wonder what their status is. Namely, inviting ghosts through Lydia, inviting Divsimar brothers in calling and finally Wan Xian tests proposed by Nergüi
