EDIT: Also, damn! We got a new Frigate DP but no new Destroyer one! A curse! A Curse!

Annoying though that all our redundancy didn't matter the moment the Orks got a kill.

Out of a total of 60+ Actions, you spent ~2 on Psykana. And as they default to "Learn Control And Resistance" when you aren't using them...

And yeah, you rolled a 3 (against a 5) against the Orks, meaning that you weren't very smart and sent individual ships against small enough targets. And Armored Lifepods don't work if there is nobody to stop the other side from shooting at them.

Fair enough. Still unpleasant, but it is what it is.

And I mean, the real problem is that Psykana is insanely action hungry when we get 3 AP per turn. You're not wrong, but yeesh.

Anyway, that aside, are the dudes we deployed still going to be deployed or do we have to spend an action to keep fighting here?

The what? None of that exists, you gain the Secret Psykana due to meeting secret criteria, like telling the Choirs to work for their Actions.

Unless they finish their assignment (i.e. killing the local population of XYZ), troops remain where they are and finish their job or die trying. If they have finished their job, they go back into a nebulous pool where they can be assigned wherever.

Okay, in light of that, I've got an idea of what we can do.

[X] Plan: Learn From the Past - Face the Future
-[X] [General] Stay The Course (3/7)
-[X] [Military] Lessons Hard Learned
-[X] [Psykana] Conduct a Melody
--[X] The Sun

Looks like it'll link up nicely with Fire at least, and not necessarily be in conflict with Protection.

I think Perception is the better choice since it has a wide range of applications. It would give us a sort of radar spell that would be immediatly usefull for the military and it should also help with warp navigation since we would not be quite as blind.

Fine with any of these. Really we do need more work on psykana and that sort of stuff. I want to know how we get more AP honestly. This is gonna be a slog if we need to do a whole quest on 3.

We were told we're never getting more than 3 AP permanently, at best, we might occasionally get short lived bonuses.
