Green Flame Rising (Exalted vs Dresden Files)

Pretty minor note, but something I tend to forget about, every Dot of Celerity you use on extra-actions, does not give you passive Dex-boost for that turn.

[X] Wastes
-[X] Stunt- The clouds around the plane change and super conducting posion fog fills the plane. It forms protective cocons around the mortals according to Molly's will. A storm of Lightning bolts strikes the plane and pases through the coulds.

[X] The Cities
-[X] (Stunt) Crystal and metal seems to grow from the walls and bottom of the cabin, walls and artworks from the City of Fountains. At first glance it only seems made to restrict the movement of the vampires, but on closer look barriers are also forming over the mortals and half-mortals that are passed out from the pressure-changes or catatonic from Seeker's presence. There won't be any more free drinks tonight.

This will hit both BSM and WHWH.
If this is true we should go with the Waste over the City.

The laughter ceases abruptly, your surroundings tremble as if reality strains to contain your presence, and then you are more. "What... what did you do?"
Pictured: Broken Seeker realizing he might have bitten off more than he can chew. :V

I'm a little surprised by this to be honest. He was a city block or two away when the FCF formed right? I'd have thought he got an eyeful of demon planet at that point.

I suppose seizing dominion over the mortal world is different than that though.

He recovered quickly though:
Out of the corner of your eye you can see Broken Seeker gut one of the remaining vampire elders in a fountain of blood from its ruined stomach and rip the wing off another to use as a improvised club, looking as happy as a little kid skipping though mud puddles.

Not sure if he has just supressed any further reaction to our bullshit for the duration of his murder-spree here or if he's genuinly over it already.

@DragonParadox would this be OK?

[X] The Cities
-[X] Like a fast-growing vine, sensor circuitry spreads across the walls of the plane, forming the meditativ fractal patterns. The windows are replaced by advanced screens that double as cameras, and now the eyes of the machine spirit guiding the plane. Grav plates fade into existence under the floors, even as chairs warp and morph into advanced combat training mannequins. The scent of saffron and the rhythmic war prayers fill the air. All around you an environment that wouldn't be out of place in a mastery proving halls of a long-storied City of Swords monastery comes into existence.

Basically, take shaolin wooden men labyrinth myth, upgrade technology and increase deadlines because the Wheel allows it, and you get a proving hall for martial arts mastery in one of City of Swords venerable forge monasteries. Bring it forth, and you have a deadly and controllable environment.

That works but it would be dangerous to the humans slumped in their seats and especially the half reds cowering in the corner

Unfortunately not, the actual computer part of the plane would be left intact, but most of the plane would be overwritten, Molly does not have enough of a fine touch to merge electrical grids across multiple worlds. This is very brute force 'I reject your reality and substitute my own.'
Hmm, do we have access to the Labyrinth part of the Courts? Separate the plane into several vaults / cells, and finish the fight in a series of one on one battles.

Hmm... on the one hand Molly has not been to the labyrinth, on the other it is a full biome so she would have some access to it inherently as she does to the forests and the wastes. But on the other hand just letting you arbitrarily section off battles would be an issue, you can use that to get rid of the mooks, but not the important guards.

I mean it's a terrain power not sure how it's much different than a charm that moves the earth and makes a wall.

Yeah, I'll stay away from this at least for now. I don't really like the idea of the first manifestation of our world being the part we least control. I'll probably stay with the training hall idea. Not sure about it, honestly.

Mortals being so squishy is a real drag, we can hardly fill the air with poison or twist the world into a death maze at all.

Once we're able to homebrew charms, how viable would it be to make something that lets us partially manifest the wheel to undo things we've personally done to mortals while the charm is active or something to that effect?
