Thats a naagloshii and his coven of skinwalkers. They were explicitly eating spirits to bulk up.
I seriously doubt you can pay one of the Little Folk enough to insert itself into that sort of company.

The shape is more dog than wolf so considerably smaller than that (they have some control over their stolen shapes) and Broken Seeker does not care about comfort at the moment, he cares about having his servants with him to serve as a guard/distraction.

How about combining both things, like for instance putting Cyberdevils in a couple other parked cars in order to stage a car crash ahead of the van, if it can cause an explosion and fire even better, and use that as a distraction while shutting down the van and moving on them from behind?
Pity we don't have on hand some flashbangs and tear gas that we can MHM into the van and in their faces. Murphy might have been able to get some but we don't have time for that.
On the other hand, criminals might respond faster. Do we have enough of a relationship with Marcone and his bodyguard to ask for a favor, some equipment and men that can be used for a distracion or crowd control?

Alternatively, Harry sets up a veil and circle in the van's path with the only purpose of hiding our aura and his presence, then when it gets close he telekinetically launches us through the windshield while we chill out in a heavy glass bottle, maybe with a hastily fashioned steel penetrator on the front to aid in piercing the glass. We rematerialize as the flash-bang goes off, then rescue our friends.
There's a good chance we have a couple of those leftover from the last time we used them. @DragonParadox?
The goal was to target the Naagloshi without burning it as a focus.
It's connections are the only ones that really matter for our purposes.
