Honestly I want to upgrade the pawns and fully upgrade the rest of Team Egg before Black arms shows up one can never be too well prepared for alien invaders.

What about a fighting force that doesn't crazy stuff, but could be builders or citizens of our empire.
What upgrades are left for us anyway?
We should probably get our main ship upgraded and a proper fleet to go with it, and perhaps some ground vehicles as well to help with the pawns.

Well the pawns have potential to be pretty useful and we don't have a secure source of animal batteries yet.
For team egg silver sonic doesn't even have a capstone and heyho's trees can also be improved upon as well.
Yes we will probably need a air force to help us out perhaps we could look into some options later.

Alright good to know those two still need some more, while Alpha just needs some more weapons.
Hmm, should we get some fighters and bombers for the pilot pawns as well? Cause having more than just flying Badniks could be useful if we're dealing with other enemy fighters or our ground forces need air support if our carrier is out of range.
I recommended making a giant robot dragon as a flying boss earlier, we could still do that. and there was talk about trying to upgrade the turtloids into something useful.

Well either we find a new source of power or compete the animal capture whim which will help us out there, pilot pawns will need all sorts of planes bombers fighters and the such we also can make Egg tornados which could not only help us due to how flexible that plane is it also runs some salt at tails.
Robot dragon are pretty cool and the turtloids could be upgraded in some ways perhaps we can arm them better and have a way to protect the pilot of maybe we can have them hidden in the big ones shell like

Maybe the "Egg Muscle" could be improved? Now that his test with Chaos was a success, maybe the data collected could help in increasing it's capabilities or adding them to other, more flexible robots. Obviously, it would be in the context of fighting against Super Sonic. But such units may prove to be useful against the Black Arms.

I'm fairly sure the Egg muscle has some weapons besides the chaos drainer maybe we could increase its armor and later integrate some of the black arms tech into it?

Yeah it does have an arrange of turrets, rocket launchers, machine-guns and a Main Cannon. It also has some sort of "semi Super Form" with the drained Chaos Energy.
Now that I see it, it may be also need to refine the draining from the air since I don't know if there will be a chance to do it from the water any time soon.

Potentially Having dedicated territory in an area that has some natural defences against Sonic & Co seems like a pretty nice deal, granted it's in the lower end of natural defences with an Ice level with alot of lakes or large body's of water all over the place being pretty much at the top.
But if Sandopolis zone has taught us anything with the right adjustments a desert level can be a right pain in the ass for the blue rodent to get through.
Edit: On the Topic of the Black Arms considering how GUN is going to be in such an awful state Potentially when they show up there are probably going to be alot of holes in the defensive of the planet in less well off parts of the world we could potentially take a bit of territory if we "save" them from a Black arms assault,
sway them to our cause if we can do some PR magic that stuff like this is the reason The good doctor is so bent on uniting the planet under his rule to defend the world against cataclysmic events like the black Arms invasion as the current world governments would rather bury their heads in the sand and bicker with one another until it's knocking on our door.

Now we just gotta give a good reason to the doctor on why he should help them instead of just taking over during the invasion.
We just need to make sure we have the right Badniks for the areas both for the right environment and possible themes as well.

The carrot and the stick approach or a fear and adoration rulership are more effective then a pure iron fist rulership as we can essentially buy there loyalty by giving them access to some amenities and healthcare they could only dream of under their old government, it also gives them something to lose as if we get ousted they risk losing it all making it so citizens will be encouraged to report would be desenters for their own gain.
Give them enough to keep them complacent, the right honeyed words and some good patriotic enlightenment from our own tv network and we could have a population seeking to stay under the Doctors banner as opposed to escape it.
Also people openly booing and insulting sonic for destroying work of the Good Doctor is a nice bonus after all just killing him makes him a martyr to truly end him we also have to kill the people's faith in him first.

Can't speak for Eggman, but if I was an aspiring conqueror I'd like a place that I wouldn't need to worry about rebelling every few months.
yeah, but this is Eggman. he's incredibly stubborn and pointlessly cruel, we'd need to be extremely convincing to get him to change his mind on anything much less how he rules.
