Green Flame Rising (Exalted vs Dresden Files)

First off Prince off Ruin Attitude(•) 3 Xp 1 dot in a favored hell. It is a charms that doesn't cost essence to use and I expect Molly not to go a day without using it once she has it.
Next Rendered Villain Dispersal (•) 4 Xp 1 dot not a favored hell. It is also a charm that doesn't cost essance to use and I expect Molly to use it every day.

After that I am more iffy.

Personally I'm still interested in Wind Borne Stride(8xp) and Running to Forever(4xp) because they'd give Molly infinite stamina, double her initiative, and triple her base speed even before we get into spending essence on anything.

Exploiting engagement range is one of the most direct ways to try fighting Molly without getting blended, tireless superhuman speed and reflexes make it a lot more difficult to do.

[] Buy down Touch of Frost
-[] 2 XP for merely cold skin and an ability to touch plants
-[] 4 XP to remove

let be a little more human though i have to ask could we turn it back on at will?

"Nothing wrong, but I do have a visitor who would like to talk to you. You are not obliged to come by any means and if you wish of course you can bring your parents." Well that is not a to all ominous, you think to yourself, but wait for him to finish rather than crack the joke. "Mr Howard Hyde from the Library of Congress would like to speak to you, about your experiences with Agent Wright..."
Ohhhhh shit.
OH SHIT.
It's the Library of Congress people!
Those are the really really dangerous government people, right?
The ones who were described as (IIRC) 'Men in Black, but with flamethrowers'?
As opposed to Daedalus, that is, who are only moderately dangerous by comparison.

I feel like we should spend some XP mitigating more of our flaws, we're more comfortable with our power now after all. I think we need one more dot of Appearance to get back to where Molly was before all this went down?

Then buy down Touch of Frost at least one step I think.

I mean, all of the ideas are awesome, but I personally want Steel Skin and that Technology Excellency I've been wanting for... basically forever, really. It's a good Excellency.

You've got the Right Idea. Lara Raith takes them seriously and I recall the MIB with flamethrowers thing floating around too.

Edit: Finding out what Hyde is hoping to achieve seems very much worth a crown use.

We are starting to get minions, it high time we get VEE.
Still seems like a bad plan; we're currently not in a position to deal with that kind of heat.

We should establish a stronger foundation than $15,000 and a bite sized supernatural homeless collective we found in undertown before we make ourselves that interesting to the broader world.

Being able to teleport along waterways, keep up with the supernatural speed of the nastier demons, and building up our capacity to continue acquiring resources serve our interests better.

The top shelf stuff is a lot of fun, but we can't just skip all of the build up before that without consequences.

Special
[] Steel Skin: Burn Essence to grant yourself more than mortal stamina (Cost 3 XP)
Spend 1 Essence and roll Willpower against DC 8; each success increases your Stamina by one up to a maximum of 8 for one turn
This should be scene-long, not turn long.

Librarians in town because of the museum massacre, Im betting.
Or it could be an imposter. Only one way to tell.
Working plan:

VOTE
[X] Agree to meet with the Librarian
-[X]Ask Michael along
[X] Lydia XP: All companions get 1/4 of the total XP spent on Molly, rounded down. Molly can spend XP on companions but not the other way round. The 1/4 does NOT reduce what Molly earns.

[X]Plan Wintersteel Raven
-[X]Molly: 16xp
--[X]Qiao 1: Steel Skin: 3xp
--[X]Empathy 4: 3xp
--[X]All Things Betray: 8xp
--[X]Touch of Frost: 2xp
-[X]Lydia:6xp
--[X]Ox-Body 1: 3xp
--[X]Background Familiar 1: Raven: 3xp

REASON
Bring Michael to meet the alleged Librarian because we dont currently have Hellscry Chakra to check the dude.
Given as Forthill has talked about the Knights having to clean up a natsec demonic booboo in either the sixties or seventies, they Library has to know about the Knights.

Also, we dont have Hellscry Chakra yet so I want someone with a better gutcheck.
I dont want a repeat of the Father Vincent issue from Death Masks.

===
Lydia has no Ox-Bodies. Thats something that needs to be immediately rectified.
Occult 2 because its dead cheap.

She gets a familiar because I assume her father actually made preparations for his daughter turning sixteen, and arranged for her to get a young familiar of the sort that's appropriate. Say the Parliament of Ravens sent it.
She should get a dog as well, but later.

That Mentor rating should be good for something.
The Raven uses Crow/Raven or Owl stats from Bygone Bestiary (Str2, Dex 3, Sta2, Alertness 3/4, Athletics 2/1, Awareness 2, Brawl 1. Other Mental and Social at 1, Perception 2, Survival 4. +Legendary Traits)

Molly gets Steel Skin because it has proc'd, so she can move on to training something else.
And the cheaper Touch of Frost because people asked.

She is still preparing for Mab in October, which drives everything else:
-Empathy 4 for better Social
-All Things Betray because it makes all her Perception rolls easier.

EDIT
Occult 2 dropped from XP vote.

What does this do? 8 XP is a lot.
The Exalt's habitual distrust makes her senses supernaturally keen and her sense for danger keener still.
System: Reflexively spend 1 Essence or 1 Willpower. For the rest of the scene, the difficulty of all Perceptionrolls drops by three, to a minimum of difficulty 3, andthe Infernal adds her Perception to her base Initiativerating (in other words, Perception + Dexterity + Wits).

[X] Plan Ballroom Blitz
-[X] Molly: 17xp
—[X] Rendered Villain Dispersal 4xp
—[X] Wind Borne Stride 8xp
—[X] Qiao 1: Steel Skin 3xp
—[X] Touch of Frost 2xp

I like the familiar idea, but Lydia doesn't really strongly need better occult right now. One of the things that was repeatedly mentioned when discussing forming a circle was specialization, and Molly is already hell on wheels for occult.

Not that Lydia should be stuck where she is forever, but an upgrade isn't really a priority.

For Molly I'm picking up the low hanging fruit that offer the most dramatic increases in immediate capabilities, our current training goal, and a quality of life improvement.

RVD gives us access to everything touching the Great Lakes, the river systems crossing North America, and anything touching the Atlantic Ocean with very little additional finagling on our parts, which we can do a lot of different things with. In particular things that make it exceedingly difficult to pin down all our infrastructure if we set it up properly, and gives us access to whole new options in the turn vote.

WBS is something I consider a critical charm, because it makes us competitive with supernatural speed freaks, mitigates our weakness to people playing engagement range games, and doubles our initiative. If dex is the god stat then initiative is its exigent; hitting first is an amazing advantage, and with Molly's easy access to Agg could seriously impact the outcome of any fights we get in with noteworthy opponents.

The Qiao is our current training goal, so we should pick it up so we can move on. Also so that we demonstrate that this isn't a waste of time to our teacher.

Personally I'd prefer to tweak things to allow Molly to also get RtF instead of the flaw reduction, but then Lydia would have to give something up and I think she's light enough here. Plus Molly doesn't seem to enjoy being a health hazard, so it probably makes more sense that she'd value that above infinite stamina for the moment.

I want VEE because of how much better it would make us at faction building but yea 20 xp is a lot right now. Is there any other charms that would make us better at expanding/running our faction? I still want to expand our Undertown forces as 9 Ghouls isn't much of a force and also set them up so they're mostly self sustaining instead of reliant on our finances. Maybe bring in those White Court Vamps and have one of their duties/service to Molly be making money to support our forces.

Mostly voting for Ballroom Blitz because of RVD as I think that's critical to expanding our options.

I'm surprised the votes aren't more social heavy. Given the upcoming talk with the government and MAB.
