Can you make a page about what we can use Exatari and Adeptus Mechanicus favors for?
Not easily due to Favors being inherently non deterministic so to speak. What you could trade the favors in on Shogi is not what you would get if you went to Mars for them.

Could we use the favors from the Admech to get them to do Begin extraplanetary resource exploitation and Increase native extraction done for us, and how many of them could we get them for 100 farvors?
That would be a rather inefficient use of the Favors you have. It would work, but it would cost 25 per extraction system and it would have a time lag of 1 turn so the soonest the things would come online is turn 4.
Yeah Chaos and the Exatari have basically the relationship inverted. The Homeworld is in what amounts to warp backwaters/hinterlands and due to a lack of Narrative Traits, Chaos never really poked the Exatari early on in their evolution. This is further compounded by life on the Homeworld arising from Necrodermis based cellular structures which caused all souls to be tainted with C'tan energy which makes the souls disgusting to daemons. Then you have the fact that the Exatari just kill daemons fairly easily permanently due to their existence wounding species trait.
Makes our PC, a perfect deamon slayer then... maybe we should take that action regarding Chaos and find a way to weaponize our biology to aid our citizens in case of daemonic incursions
Ironically Atraxas already knows how to deal with daemons, he just see zero reason to do so. He currently assumes that humans are scared of Chaos for some secondary reason rather than not being able to effectively deal with the sprites as the Exatari call daemons.
Something to keep in mind is that 500 is only the production cap we've set aside for negotiation. Our total cap is 1000, so we've got a fair amount to go around anyway.
The mining world only want to use the Shogi Native Production and we still have the Shogi System Production, that is the shipyards, we need to find someone who wants to use them

With the noosphere, we can use 50 favors with the admech to get a working Noosphere, the computer i would think that we could just buy it as we are a governor of a world, if not then we could i think get one from House Norastye, the same with the spaceship after we get the data, or as governor we could buy or build a ship
i am assuming as we can only use 500 Production instead of the whole of our 1000 Production that we have, and during the talks with the mining worlds there was only talk about leasing of individual manufactorums and nothing about the shipyards
