[X] Orus - A civilized world and growing logistical hub for supplies moving towards the Ultima fronts, Orus is the most convenient planet for the various factions to arrive on. And it would stimulate the local economy.

[X] The Desolation - The greatest point of shame for the Imperium. This would drive home the idea that the Imperium as it stands cannot remain. Something has to change.

[X] Carthago - The intended site of Angron's trial. Holding a council here would send the message that you believe the Imperium must hold itself to a higher standard.

Heres to opening we dont start the 4th Punic War!

Regardless of the vote, I'm working on an Orus omake since Daemon and a few us rolled some stuff up for it in the Discord. The results are rather interesting.

- Orus is likely an Arid World, but a very nice one. It has lots of flat mesas of varying heights and a lot of plateaus. The joke is that it's Utah if it was an entire world.
- It is located within Corax's domain
- Orus has a population of 7.7 billion humans, after a century or two of peace following a rather destructive series of events that came after the end of the Age of Strife.
- There are three religious factions on this planet: Deorums (1.26 Billion followers), Buddislamists (1.5 billion), and (strangely enough) the Church of the Eternal Hytoth (500 million). See this omake for details on all three. Everyone else is either atheist or agonistic. Ravenloft was dispatched here a while ago and is currently investigating and working with the government.
- a Deorum Theocratic Dictatorship nominally controls Orus, but with the Imperium, Ravenloft, and the Raven Guard moving it towards becoming a purely secular dictatorship.
- Orus has mostly started budget cuts on their military in light of being part of the Imperium to focus on the population in light of this growing change in culture. Orus has space assets but recently decommissioned its orbital station and now only has orbital defenses. Daemon said that Orus could make a "very shitty interstellar craft" if they wanted to.
- Otherwise, Orus has a huge military made up of citizen soldiers of overall medium quality. Their pride and joy are their armored regiments.

What makes this place interesting is that Daemon rolled for Ravenloft investigations to see if there is anything strange here...there is. There is a suspected Cognitohazard that appeared during the middle of the Age of Strife that was ultimately "knocked out" via creating what Ravenloft believes to be a "revisioned history" after intentionally deleting an entire era of their world history, so that effectively made everyone on Orus believe that "nothing happened," and this has been perpetuated for hundreds if nothing thousands of years. Ravenloft believes that the cognitohazard is still around, but it is quite passive and inert. They are currently looking into it.

But yeah, I'm still writing this omake regardless of the vote. So don't feel like you need to vote for Orus just because.

I see scp Referenz I vote for it

[X] Orus

Write-in idea: tell our brothers that we are letting Malc know that we will be gathering to...gather our grievances and decide what is peaceful and possible (?), and also letting other Primarchs know that we are going to let Malc know in the name of fairness and transparency. We are doing our best to keep the Imperium intact.

What I want intend is for the other Primarchs to be faced with a undeniable fact, they need to see that the Emperor as he is, is no better than an unfeeling robot and is well on his way to becoming exactly what he wished to destroy. Not only that but his lack of Trust in the Primarchs about telling them the truth is further proof that he believes them to be mere tools and only cares for the utility they provide. Unlike how Kesar has fought and begged for the 'privilege' of being allowed to tell his brothers the truth of the Warp the Emperor used that knowledge as a manipulation tactic to try and get the other Primarchs to side with him. Also unlike Kesar he is only pretending to want peace. Kesar who believe he has a moral duty to try for peace is obviously more Human than the man already planning for failure and war because he knows that he 'The Emperor' is not a worthy leader and hardly qualifies as Human anymore. The thing that holds Humanity together is Empathy and the Emperor has spent the majority of his interactions with the Primarchs trying to crush that Empathy so that they would be his unfeeling drones. All the other Primarchs need to see that this creature is not their father he is a specter inhabiting his corpse. The Chaos Gods call him the 5th Chaos God for a reason because he is no longer the emperor of Humanity. He is a Nascent God of Order and Control

I don't think the Emperor is quite at the point of no return just yet but yes he needs talked to though we need to do our best to stop this from becoming a massive civil war, just air our greevances and talk about being more truthful with each other, maybe have the Primarchs patch their differences.

Nah the emperor is in no way close to go Start tyrant 5chaos god even if left alone.

it would need fanatic adoration, constant pain, and soul-spitting for thousands upon thousands of years all while staying alive and growing in power costanlly to get to that point, and even there there are chances it wouldn't work.

But how could that happen lol

speaking more seriously he needs to be talk to a compromise because his altough end point is not a chaos god it is an unwavering, and uncompromised machine man(a lot more than he is now) with His view of mankind as the only acceptable one.
