I'm not sure about the merger of the Military and Security departments, since the mention of a cybersecurity division makes it seem like the Security division is the best place for investigation projects.

Huh re-reading this I have to wonder in this Universe if the missing 411 tie into the return of magic? I mean could have people have wandered onto fairy paths or taken by some mythical predatory creature or cryptic?

Are the numbers on the left our rolls for each corporation? So we got a high roll for CSCEC and a low roll for JBF? (Or are those numbers something else?)
They are for the DCs that we passed on the action. The action had DC 30/50/70/90 and we got a 75 so we only passed the first three DCs, which got us the options that we are voting on.

While the capabilities and expertise of the UNDC are already impressive there are still many areas both are missing, by seeking cooperation with third parties these weaknesses can be eliminated and capabilities improved.

I think that accepting all 3 will end up being too much even with all the money we have and since our HQ is in Japan the solution is simple enough to me

So the QM just shared this hint in the Discord:
The full moon is seen as it rises near the Lincoln Memorial, Saturday, March 19, 2011, in Washington. The full moon tonight is called a super perigee moon since it is at its closest to Earth in 2011. The last full moon so big and close to Earth occurred in March 1993.
We have three turns to prepare for this and the QM says that they are going to be more creative than mass lycanthropy.

kind of wish we stopped getting some many hints from qm about stuff(unless this was going to be in a turn update then ignore me)

Look, if one hint is too many, just say that you don't want any hints. And this is a historical event that any of us could look up if we wanted to.
How many casual participants care if the QM gets an astronomical detail like the phase of the moon and its distance from Earth on such-and-such date right?

Not many would be my guess.

It would have come up in the next proper turn update. A memo by one of your scientific advisors about wanting to observe the werewolf remains during this rare lunar event. But I have gotten the message about hints. Aside from asking @Oshha to not share everything I spew forth, I will keep hints closer to my heart and in the actual updates, okay? And I am sorry, I am just a little excited sometimes.

Yeah, it would be unlikely.

For the record, this is literally the first hint that you have given. Everything else that has come up originated from you answering questions either here in the thread or over on the Discord.

yah I over reacted, I should be saying sorry infact let me say that I am sorry about all this don't let me dampen your enthusiasm for the quest just cause I immediately post something that was just a feeling

My take is that communication between the QM and players is vital for the quest so it is better to error on the side of too much information to ensure that the QM and the players are on the same page when it comes to what the quest is about. Answering questions of the player base is better than not answering them and in general, I would error on the side of too much information over too little when it comes to running a quest. Having the players make more informed decisions is better than making them make less informed decisions and frankly, there is only so much information that can be conveyed to the players from the QM.

In summary, communication is critical which makes more information preferable to less information.
