Napoleon had plenty of flaws, but compared to most powerful men, he treated the women in his life pretty well.
If Therese manages to give birth to healthy children (which is by no means a given, her current pregnancy may well end unhappily) I think Napoleon's loyalty to her will be rock solid. Especially if she continues to be beloved by a significant portion of the French population.
