Arch-Demon's Eternal Game: Aeon Edition, The Turtle Chronicles

Friends.. I hesitate to say this before I'm misread yet again and told I am not anti mech.. but is this the time to figure out likely percentages of number of kills tonight??? Is this helpful at all to the current situation?
It was I would say because of the question of lynch/no lynch being more helpfull to town with the way that it is set up .
And while I personally do not have a strong scum reading I think even a blind lynch is more usefull for town then one where no one is lynched.

(And I seem to turn into a statistiques girl in my mafia games *shakes her fist as her sociology backround*

As far as I know he's an actual newbie. And I think there are others with as few posts. And indeed until Z subbed in there was one with fewer. So why them?
He has exactly one post since game start. I got on him when he had 0 and prodded him till he posted a hello message. I asked him for more 5 minutes later and he hasn't been back since. I know he's a noob but there's a level of inactivity that's just going too far...

If he had started actually trying to play I'd have jumped to Twisted and tried to prod him in the same way.

I've got to go eat dinner, so will not be here for the rest of end of day. I don't see a better place to vote right now then where I am.

For all that I was scumleaning @ondine and am still voting for them they are absolutely right that this is not the time to be discussing setup.

Honestly this game is one of the oddest to no lynch on D1 on. We have more or less a significantly better chance of hitting scum in this game by sheer chance than we do in any other game, because two scum teams and a higher-than-average % of scum. Probably.
Eh. I don't like arguing on chances, I prefer looking at my actual suspicions. And that's only on Tykan and ondine right now, and neither of those are enough that I actually want to lynch them.

Ugh. Reviewed Tykan and I'm not seeing anything scummy except kind of the thing I pointed out earlier, which...could also just come from following the same rough process I did of "meso looks scummy in this debate -> wait no we're just mostly fighting over playstyle probably." Still think we should probably vote up someone today but I really don't have a target I'm confident in. @Nictis can you elaborate on how you expect a no-lynch here to be of net benefit to us?

This is also fair.

I don't.

I'm not comfortable voting a total newbie. We just don't do it? If we are gonna vote a one poster I would sooner go for JDS who is not new and has done as much just more gracefully :p

Hey everyone. Been busy and going through a bit, so I haven't had much time to go through stuff and I don't have much to say yet. As for mechanical discussion, I think it makes sense to discuss it a bit, but I don't think we can afford to spend too much time on it. Besides that, it'll take me a bit of time to actually go back through the thread and make sure I'm not missing anything big outside of the snafu that just happened, but I should be able to go more in depth next time.

then I looked at Tykan asking you about me and wondered to myself why he was sort of gluing himself to you a little - I don't think it was a deliberate pocket (?) but then he just kinda takes you at face value and does his own thing instead of really engaging with it which is why I voted him now.

Hm. Actually, taken in conjunction with the meso thing that does admittedly look pretty weird, so I'm a bit more comfortable staying where I am.

...then why are you voting for it?

Don't feel comftorable voting on a meme vote speeding through

Time to put your money where your mouth is people.

Make a choice. Not voting is the absolute worst thing you can do for town.

I should elaborate. No Lynch isn't a "net benefit," we aren't gaining anything from it. We are losing an opportunity to kill scum... But it's an equal opportunity to kill Town. And with how things have gone and my own personal reads on people, I don't think it's an opportunity to pay out.

It's like how not going to the casino isn't a net benefit. I don't feel that lynching someone would pay off with the current state of things. It could, but I feel that it won't.

I'm also not feeling any of the wagons. I am not really scum reading Wiadi anymore and I really don't want to vote Nictis on day 1 on his first game back in ages. And No Kill is really not sensible, as much as I would rather not pick anybody. And I can't get behind voting a newbie Day 1.

Rereading the thread again, @-Rosen s interaction with ondine felt a really weird. It isn't much, but it is better than not voting.

Fuck it, if I'm going inactivity...

You have very few posts and none of any real substance, and are still voting for someone that left the game days ago.

The only time I remember there being a no-lynch was when Nictis was my demon partner...whichi is making me hard side-eye nictis here.

I...dont like voting someone who I'm guilty of the reasonings so let me check through happerry on a *Blurs words as I begin to speed read*

Hence my use of "net" but w/e. Can you elaborate on why you think no-lynch is superior, given that even if it does spare a Townie, it also denies us info?

I swear every day phase of normalish mafia i play here ends up with Cyri swinging a hammer.
