I think there actually were supposed to be incomplete STCs shared, but those kinda got ignored or rolled into experimental designs or were things we had complete STCs for (thanks to the Datacore). Mind, that was also an area where we were supposed to make suggestions, but it looked like people just focused on complete designs so that we wouldn't need to spend more than a single Tranth action on them, if we spent one at all.

[X] Plan Corax Yes

From Discord:
1. Would Corvus leave the Imperium Quartus to help heal Guilliman if the situation was dire, or would he say no.

1. he would say no

So, if we asked him, he'd say no if the situation was dire, and he'd only say yes if things were going okay. The suggestion that asking him to participate would cripple the Imperium Quartus and leave it open to the Tyranids is thus complete rubbish.

If he says no, nothing changes. If he says yes, we get another bonus for healing Guilliman, which might just make all the difference. Why are people so set against even asking him?

Also, can we have Ridcully do the anti-Slaanesh countering. I asked on Discord, and Ridcully is able to find destructive resonances with minimal risk after Lin's death, so that's not a thing.

As a potential compromise candidate to perform the surgery, does anyone know if Belisarius Cawl is available?

Primarch time is valuable.
Yeah, which is why we just got confirmation that Corvus will only help if he judges it to be the best use of his time. Why not let him decide?

You know what, I'm voting for this just in case. Just for the possibility that we end up in a situation where people wonder if we would have succeeded if only we had asked Corax to help.

All Durin said is that Corvus would not come if he could not spare the time.

The benefits are miniscule. It would take a diplo action, and those are important now. It would take him away from Quartus, probably giving it a small malus against the Nids.

Unless Durin confirms that Corvus wants to to be there, either personally or because he judges the miniscule benefit to be worth his time, I will not be voting for it.

[X] Plan Corax Yes

I am not voting for this because of the minuscule benefit that he could bring to the ritual.

I am voting for this because Papa Smurf needs to have someone who can help catch him up to speed and needs someone that he can ease his transition into the new galaxy.

Man, it's like people forgot that Ridcully only survived the Nurgle raid because of the +1-2% from an Omake. If we fail by the margin that would have succeeded with Corax I take that as de facto permission to mock you incessantly.
Why do people keep ignoring the issue with there being a freaking Nid war that seems so hard to understand? If that wasn't going on people would have next to no issue with him being there. As is we are already taking two Primarchs off the front line for several years and they stay quiet when this is pointed out. Winning or no things can go bad real quickly as shown with the time Rids was knocked during an incursion which lead to several important deaths we likely could have avoided if he wasn't taken out of the fight early.

Also no this wouldn't be our only shot to heal Gill man since we still have Isha and potentially Russ.

9. Will Corvus already be there because of the Eldar, or do we still need to give him advance notice?
9. you need to give him advnaced notice
10. What impact would Corvus's participation have on the chances of succeeding at healing Guilliman?
10. increase
from the discord.
So seeing that we are far more likely to get answers from Discord can someone please ask if Vlad not being here means that we need a replacement for one of the 3 wise men? Because with the way people are so obssessed with having Corvus getting taken out of the war for a very miniscule increase to success it seems monumentally stupid to not check something like that out since the Wise Men ritual does give a significant boost to success. That and it would actually justifiable for Corvus to there as a replacement wise man and would make for stronger argument to help convince him to take part in it.

Durin answered that already Corvus does not count for the wise man and we don't know who else could be a wise man for it.

The thing about taking Corvus off the front lines is that he is probably better at deciding whether it is worth it than we are, so can we stop being so arrogant about presuming to know the strategic situation in Quartus and let him decide where he wants to be?

Diplomacy actions are valuable and wasting one on something that will only have a tiny chance and is not even guaranteed yes is stupid. It is not being arrogant it is weighing the pros and cons and deciding there are better things to use our actions for other things.

wait he did? When? Where?
In the discord during the last round of answers number 7 & 8 from Nurgle.

Alright this could be a serious problem since the Wise Man ritual calls for 3 wise men. Hopefully we Vlad still counts but if no we may need to scramble to find a replacement.

Thing is depending on the wise men answer we may need to use that diplomacy slot to find another suitable wise man.
