It was soul healing, so it is not that far fetched to consider he got that one also, he dealt with dragon after all.
Thought he just used technomancy to put it all back together. I mean, there's been at least one alpha+ level psyker that could put a starship back together after exploding it. So I'm sure Emps could put the machine back together easy.

Though @Daemon Hunter since when were there 5 different areas? I thought the research facility WAS the place with all the sensors that we broke into. There were only 4 important locations weren't there? There were definitely only 4 locations we had rolls to look into. Only 4 areas were described in the initial world briefing, and we took out 3. Why is there 2 more now?

Alright, finally done with classes so I can reply to comments. In the initial write-up, the research and prison were close enough to be considered a single location. Now however, since it's the last place left, you get options on how to divy your forces between them. After rereading this part of the story, I realized that I was unclear there.

@Enjou @jjffjhjf Should we try to use the Thousand Sons' Technomancy against the Daemons in the research complex or prison?

Well, ... you see I'm calling the vote here. Looks like sending the titans and Kesar to the research area and ordering a normal assault win. Can I get 4 people to roll me 1d100 each? Rolz Room

So, the two areas are taken pretty easily. I will note that you would have actually taken losses if you were trying to spare the hostages. Also, with modifiers the ??? and Alpha Legion are exactly tied. And then corruption resistance succeeds beautifully.

Storming the Research Complex: 17 + 40 (Kesar) + 40 (Primarch Equipment) + 20 (A Parent's Love) + 45 (Banish Runes, For the Lost, Sisters of Silence, For Those Denied Salvation) + 5 (Superior Equipment) + 5 (Mark IIB Armor) + 5 (Blitz) + 20 (Astartes) + 10 (Valhallans) + 1 (Rune of Reinforcement) + 1 (Perturabo's Notes) + 60 (Titans) = 269
The Horrors: 57 + 40 (Extremely Favorable Terrain) + 80 (Nightmares) = 157
Storming the Prison: 25 + 45 (Banish Runes, For the Lost, Sisters of Silence, For Those Denied Salvation) + 5 (Superior Equipment) + 5 (Mark IIB Armor) + 5 (Daemonic Horde) + 5 (Blitz) + 20 (Astartes) + 10 (Valhallans) + 1 (Rune of Reinforcement) = 121
The Prison Complex: 64 + 10 (Numbers) = 74
???: 19 + ??? = ???
The Alpha Legion Counters: 59 + ??? = ???
Corruption Resistance: 99 + ??? = ???
Corrupt Them: 98 + ??? = ???

So the Alpha legions are the tru hero's of the Imperium than? I mean they seem to be fighting chaos everywhere and helping Kesar when they can.

Tzeentch: "Alright, I'm going to smuggle one of my best servants into the Eternal Wardens ship."
Alpha Legion: "Alright, time to kick back and relax, I don't need to keep watch."
Tzeentch: "They suspect nothing, finally, I'll get my revenge on that snake."
???: "They will never suspect me."
Alpha Legion: "That's suspicious, I suspect him."
???: "How? I didn't even do anything yet."
Tzeentch: "Here, use my gifts to defeat them anyways."
Alpha Legion: *Easily beats them*
Tzeentch: "... I'm scared."

For loot, you did get some things, I still need to exactly determine what category the loot should go in however.

The Alphas go unseen, unsung, and unnoticed by all the trillions they save but they do not mind. They know the dangers of the Great Enemy and knowing that they protect mankind from its grip is all the reward they need. They are the most important of all the Legions which is exactly why they are the least revered. They are Alpharius, and he takes the long view.

In other words, we have successfully birthed the Roboutian Heresy Alpha Legion: humble, quiet, paranoid, and terrifyingly effective.
