Hey @Shard , why the two divinations on the hive fleet? Is one for force composition, adaptations, and units and the other for targets? If so you might want to make that more clear.
Also could you be convinced spare one of those divinations to check for Tzeentchians plotting to weaken everything between the Trust and the Hive fleet? Things turning out like they have seems like too much of a coincidence, and some of the phrasing of how the Orks and Amir Ka have been acting makes me think some sort of plot is being foreshadowed.
This is why it's been suggested that we look into inflitrators in the Dragon's Nest first. They are our allies and we really do need to worry about enemies fucking their shit up with sabotage at the moment. Especially considering that Gene-Stealers are a thing.

I have been wondering why Dragon's Nest is one of the most intact regions nearby, and why the Chaos gods haven't acted more strongly to get rid of it despite being right next to a region of interest IE us. I eventually came to the conclusion that they aren't being targeted more so as to keep them in place so their defence can be a distraction for us, and to steal tech out from under them without having to deal with us. But if we really wanted to prevent them from leaking tech we should have figured out their infiltrators before giving them anything. So I think the things directly related to the path of the Hive fleet are more important right now, while they're still time critical.

Also has anyone wondered what's up with the Alpha legion now? Weren't they set on destroying the Imperium so that Chaos could flood out into reality and destroy all life, eventually starving themselves? What're they thinking now that their goal is complete and there is no sign of the Chaos gods moving towards wiping out their own food supply?

Obviously the Alpha legion want to cause the Cerberus like monster to be release to wipe out all life in the galaxy. Both serving the Emperor and wiping out chaos.

Apparently there are three different factions in the Alpha Legion now, a chaos faction, a loyalist faction and an omnicidal faction.

Problem is nobody in the legion knows what faction they belong too or what faction other members belong too, with daemons being used by two of the factions being the only semi good identifier.

Actually I redid my math and well if Tamia does it it's a gurartnee if a nat 1 does not happen.

Base chance of 15 (base success) + 56 ( traits an stats) +20 (double down) +5 (retaking action) equals 96 before reroll comes into play. So as long as it is not a nat 1 the chance of failure is Almost completely nonexistent.

Edit which is another reason to vote for Enjou plan.

[X] Plan Enjou T127

3188. They're something you eat, right? No? Excellent! The perfect counter to the 'Nids! What? What do you mean the 'Nids don't count? Are you discriminating against the (omnicidal) Xenos? That is SO last millennia. Get with da' times maaaan...

it doenst work.

Both plans do TWs (unfortunately), Enjou just wants to lock down our Biologis for a century or so on trying to upgrade them some for dubious benefit.

When we have Avernus to examine and other powers could do it instead.

If nothing else, we want tws for psyker hunting.

Enjous locks ibiologis out for 4.4 turns. We can decide again whether to continue improving tws (assuming improving them is viable) after that action.

What other powers would do it, why would they do it, when do you expect them to have it done compared to us, when do you expect them to just give it to us and do you think they have anything close to our ability to research this? They have their own stuff to research as well.

I mean I expect, with exceptions here and there, the other polities will spend the next while with upgrading everything they have to datacore standards.

The others (aka Callamus and only them) will probably take a different way to fix the thunder warrior's problems than us, though.

While we can try to use psychery and Avernus' byology they would probably take the technology and implants way.

both plans have them. the main diffrence is shard just rolls them out, enjoy taks a long action to start the fixing them chain.

the main point of contention is if the 22 year long biologs action is worth it.
