@Oshha what are the rules for changing policies?
For the Arthwyd, it means that you will have the option to set a policy for your provinces to follow and determine what sort actions they will take. Normally it takes an secondary action to change the province policy, but the first one will be free to set. I will also give you the chance to change the province policy for free at the start of a war and the end of it so you switch your provinces to focusing on the war if you want and then switch them to something else when the war is over.
Here you go.

[X] [React] Develop Infrastructure ([SEC] Develop Mine = Sunrise Mountains – Copper, [SEC] Build Palisade = Sunrise Bay)
[X] [Policy] Infrastructure = Focuses on building infrastructure.

[X] [React] Thank Arthryn and her Daughters for the victory. ([MAIN] Venerate the Goddesses)
[X] [Policy] Defensive = Takes defensive martial actions.
[x] [Policy] Diplomacy = Focuses on engaging in diplomacy.

[X] [React] Scout your enemies. ([SEC] Explore Lands = Lowlands, [SEC] Explore Lands = Cursed Forest,)

Diplomacy is all well and good but let's not forget who the real enemy here is, as in that one asshole who started all of this. And since we do lack a considerable amount of intel as several people had complained about in the past....

Seeking peace is nice and all, but the fact of the matter is we cannot as we are still in war with Urth and we need to recover fast.

So quick question but for the policy thing am I correct to assume it will be osha a choosing what actions it takes based off what we set?

Diplomacy means that we have less enemies to worry about, so it should be the priority of anyone who wishes to focus on the Caradysh. Or do you want for us to be forever known as the "Northern Demons" that only ever venture out of the mountains to fight?

[X] [React] Seek peace with the Lowlander Tribes. ([MAIN] Trade Expedition = Lowlander Tribes)

We are at 1/3 stability and 1/3 legitimacy, venerate and the faction quest pushes us to 2/3 on both with rolls to get up to 3/3. We need to stabilise whilst we can.

I see some people voting for peace with the lowlanders. But why? They're far away and we have a shield in front of us, our loyalist vassals. We can't have peace with them anyway without our vassals feeling betrayed and rebelling.

I would rather build infrastructure but it doesn't seem to be a winning option so to prevent the peace option, i'll vote for venerate.

We know that the Caradysh have contact with the lowlanders, and we know that it was the Caradysh who sent them up here to attack us.
This is going to keep happening again and again and again for as long as we decide to keep playing hermit kingdom and hoping our problems will go away if we build enough stuff.

Just ignoring the lowlanders is even worse than finishing them off (which is worse than going for peace) since they will still be at war with us, only they will have a more personal stake in the matter from the fact that we've killed a bunch of them + the fleeing rebels among them spreading shit about us.
