[X] Plan Serras needs an Adult v3

whelp, I just realized something that has made me really afraid, since you know that most of the Primachrs tended to pull something incredibly epic just before the Emprah came to pick them up for the crusade? well since the Emprah has not even started the crusade, now It makes me wonder what is gonna be our great trial of fire? because the Krorks cannot be it, since they came way too soon.

First off they're not Krorks but they're getting close^tm. Second this would work as our trial. We're in our mid teens and this war is as good a rite of adulthood as any.

@ilbgar123 So, uh, what are the police like in the Bastion? What are they called, what's their colour scheme, their outfits, their equipment, and what kind of vehicles do they drive?

Also, what kind of media things are out there? Newspaper? Tv news? Radio? What would these things be called?

Uh, about Consumption, I meant that the resources the planets consumed would increase a place (1050->10500) and the same with Research Coordination's bonus. Even 382^10 is way, way more resources than you'll be able to accrue before the Quest switches gears for the Crusade proper. Now, the galaxy has (roughly) 500X500X5 sectors (1250000) which I'll knock down to a million to account for xenos empires and the odd dead sector that Emps tells us to stay the hell away from while he uses Void Dragon to tag team whatever is there.

If we assume that there's a Stellar Bellows in every sector, and that the tech doesn't change (very unlikely), that's 157100000000000 in Production total which is War In Heaven-tier Production, but more importantly, is still not anywhere near the canonical number of planets when each planet costs 1215506250000 when the cost is 1050^4, (It's 129 at that point.) and gets more than halved from there. Even if we assume a 1000% increase in efficiency, that's still less than enough to properly pay the upkeep for a million worlds. Of course, you could have a Stellar Bellows around literally every star, but you get my point.

The Arbites have not yet been introduced. The police are, well, the police, just with steel-gray uniforms, as there is little religious significance to that color, Chaotic or otherwise. They tend to be sitting between the militia and the actual military. Enough that they can handle drunks with guns, but not enough to oppose martial if it is deemed necessary. They tend to drive the lowest classes of military vehicles if there's been Chaotic activity nearby, but otherwise have reinforced steel-frame cars of similar coloration, save the glaring neon orange stripe on the sides that is deliberately obnoxious in the same way police sirens are, and for much the same reason, as it is entirely possible to see it before you hear it's siren.

The Bastion has gaming cafes. Basically, while people who aren't say, a scientist are barred from the Internet unless given special dispensation for it or using the equivalent of an internet cafe where they are under supervision and the experience of the games is somewhat spoiled by the non-negotiable Purity Rune watermark, any random idiot can make a game. The games are tested for memetic hazards of course, but horror games lacking in actual memetic hazards are considered a good way to educate the populace on the dangers of Warp misuse without actually telling them about Chaos. It is carefully reigned in to avoid causing undue mistrust of psykers in general, as they are the best way to counter rogue psykers and Daemons without taking disproportionate casualties, but there's a pretty good selection. Programmers with spare time are making games as well.

Of course, in an essentially post-scarcity society, money is kind of... meh, so most people do it for the prestige, the fun, or as a challenge to either themselves or to others (Bullet Hell is popular among people who like challenges, and that applies here too.).

When does the vote end?

Nov. 6.

Not many, I assume. When a latent Technopath can get the game to do things other people can't, and when someone's latent foresight/fate manipulation makes them really really good even at games where you are pretty much guaranteed to die at least a couple times. Other than that, not many.

Dude slow down a bit if you keep escalating we would be blowing up stars by the time the crusade comes around and by the time of canon probably galaxy sized mechs.

The thread is on the verge of Gurren Laggen if we are not careful. I have not even watched more than five or so episodes years ago and understand the rediculousness.

Rangdan is already hax as it is thought.Only big E combine with Dragon can bring them down.
The Lion who is equal to Horus as general lose half of his legion in battle with them.

Was he using his power to make the Void Dragon fight alongside him? or convinced them this threat was big enough for that?

If i was not so tired, I'd do a silly omake 20k years into the future, the Void Dragon thinking he is free after something possibly happens to the Emperor, only to be given a shiny new pet collar by Serras and the other Primarchs like a family pet, dragged of for Primarch-level adventure.

Night for real now though, everyone. This was a fun night with how this and Embers in the Dusk is doing big stuff.
