@Enjou you May also want to switch Aria and Xavier since Xavier has the better learning.

*checks* Both of them have a Learning stat of 18. Also... *points to Aria's Paragon Level Control stat of 50*

Also does divining Turoq attack plans have the same counter measures as his attacks do? Because if not we do not need to double down.

We've divined the countermeasures, which has drastically reduced their effectiveness.

@Enjou why are you creating a Alkahestry order would it not be better implement a rune or do the new ork power for choir?

1. Seems like something people want. If others don't really care for it I'm fine with removing it for something else.
2. What Rune would you want implemented?
3. The only Anti-Ork power on the menu has a -50% chance of success. It would require a double down and multiple people working on it just to have a slim chance of success.

Rune of trap would be nice to have

You are right about the ork power we are going to have to get Tamia to do that.

Also I might have missed it but did Durin say anything about the high council letting us get Eldar psykers to help? That does not sound like the high counci trutsting the Eldar.

Shadows of the Fallen
Shadows of the Fallen

When creatures of the Materium speak of the Four, whether as the Primordial Truth of the Universe, or the insidious threat of the Daemon most accursed even the most knowledgeable of scholars cannot help but draw them along familiar lines. Khorne in brass and blood garbed upon a throne of skulls, Tzeench, the monster at the Labyrinth's heart, Slaanesh beauteous upon His throne for Hers is perfection for form and delights beyond mortal ken, Nurgle ever stirring his Cauldron of Nightmares.

In some way within the vastness of the Sea of Souls all these are true, for mortals make them so by the very act of imagining, yet among the Neverborn these are merely props upon the ever changing cosmic scene, barely of note. The Blood-Drunk Warrior is not the whole of Khorne, nor yet the Horror in the Fire's Heart the Architect of Fate in all his mad wisdom. Were one to ask a Daemon Prince, those beings that had once been mortal and now cut of ephemeral cloth they would say that these effigies are the Dark Gods as the Aquila was the Corpse God on his Golden Throne.

The Great Gods are vast beyond knowing, they are battlegrounds upon which Daemons uncounted fight and kill and as on every battleground one might find upon them traitors, pretender princes garbed in stolen garb and spirits warped from one side to the other, pieces traded in the great game.

However in Nurgle's Garden, beneath pus-green skies and treading upon a paths filled with pestilent life uncounted one could find another sort of traitor altogether.

In the time of madness and disdain when the Eldar fell to ruin was Isha, mother of that race bound to serve the Plaguefather's foul purposes, to test his concoctions forevermore before they were unleashed. Ever does she whispers the cures to these afflictions into the Wold of Form, but that is not the only place the soft and secret voice of the Lady reaches.

Poisoned was a poisoner's heart by dreams subtly spoken, for Isha too had learned from her long captivity. Among the Gardeners in Nurgle's realm there was one who dreamed of things unspoken, of life that did not ever turn upon itself, of blooming that was not merely festering rot. It could not act of course, no more than a flee could breach the gates of a guarded fortress. It could not even speak, for if the Will of Ruin should hear all would be undone.

For all that the traitor was patient as only the Neverborn who know not time can be. Its moment would come, this it knew with the certainly of its very being, for it was the Hope of Isha Enduring.

OOC: This is a little short but I figured one more omake can't hurt. I don't often write for 40K since my knowledge of the franchise is more on the fantasy side, but I feel Ridiculy needs all the help he can get.

@Enjou why did you remove the 2nd stage helguard tithe?

As vehicles, the shadowbat shuttle, and the phoenix bomber/gunship won't be ready for the attack, and any implementation is likely to see unique units created rather than the widespread disemination through our armed forces that power knives, locator shells or landing pads are likely to see as equipment.

The tithe takes a long time to set up and the sooner we get that rebate on maintenance, the better off our economy will be. That, and 5-10 years is still enough time to train at least the first couple waves of power armored elites for the guard.

@Durin
1. Do we need to do a contact Eldrad action to tell the Eldar the results of Lins work?
2. I beliefe you said it would give a bonus for cooperating with the Eldar by doing a contact them first? I may misremember and you mean that Ridcullys action has that already.

As was mentioned in discussion, we need to save up 600 billion Material for us to be able to build the next size of Forge Hive.

But now looking at the actual cost, it's only 250 million. I misread it as 250 billion last night (this is what I get for planning late at night), and I think @Nurgle may have as well. Given that and the gross income I think we'll be fine, so, yeah, will put that back in.
