I feel like we should go with plan escalate. that ork is IN our city doing damage right now.....how is that NOT a time pressure?
How does escalate put pressure on him? Right now we got Head crush's by himelf killing the black irons. Which I have to say is terrifying since they are the most ruthless troops in the Trust filled we suicidal and sociopaths.

His forces are outside the wall fighting with him being kook aid man killing everyone near him.

half the plan is to ambush the ork, that is killing him pretty darn quick. the other half of the plan is killing the orks quickly to bring down the ork level even farther. (its still level 1 I think) which will help kill headcrusha even faster since he will be weaker that way.
Ork level cannot be brought down any lower. It is as low as it gets.

No it can't, have you read where it explains the new standards?

just checked, I thought it went from 0-4. ( 1-4 doesn't make sense to me but whatever....1 still implys their getting a buff from near-by orks.--- even tho a lone ork in the middle of no where is ALSO getting said buff.....)

alright then

I might pull my vote from escalate, we will see.
--------------------------------------------------------------
the other plan is disintergrated amongst 10 different "plans"....whats up with that?

It's going to be a level 1 waaagh until we deal with the stragglers.
Nope even then it won't change.

Level 1 is the new normal, the standard for orks. Makes me rather worried for all the primitive worlds that had orks on em.

Imagine what would happen if the awakening happened in WHF world.

@Durin
1. Just to check, I know the intent of the plan is to have Saar as the decoy, but is that approximately how you'd interpret it? Rather than sending one of the 15? Are other members of the 15 there (aside from Julius and Horatius?)
2. For future reference have the New Orks proved resistant to Nyne death's hand poison to any extent?
3. How potent is the Nyne poison compared to its namesake?
4. So far has anything been able to survive a Shield breaker round coated with Death's Hand Poison, fired from a Super Exitus Rifle?

Once Mittens reached Headcrusha he was only able to inflict a few burns before Headcrusha headbutted the projection out of existence
the sheer devastation that Headcrusha is causing in his one man war against the Black Irons.
Does this not mean that Headcrusher has the time of his life?
Giant beasties to kill and a semingly unending number of humies that will just keep coming no matter how many he crush? Humies that can actually put up a fight?
Even if he learned of his underling running he would most likely not have cared and enjoued his fight...

Ok since plan ambush got more votes anyone care if I put all the choir support for the ambush and forces fighting Headcrusha?

Please do, ambush not getting psyker support was my only issue with that plan. Though I think Pyromancers should still be on anti-army duty since 'Eadcrusha is so ressistant to direct psychic attacks that any pyromantic attack strong enough to actually hurt him would most likely have ludicruos colateral damage and would be more problematic for our side than for the Cool Aid Ork.

See I have half the choirs doing that but Headcrusha is the only real threat to us right now. His army will break on the walls it is just a matter of time.

Edit so I am thinking of just putting all the support behind the ambush forces.

basically, if you kill Headcrusha he will die happy. if you kill him with heroes he will die ecstatic

@Durin
1. Sorry for additional questions, but is Klovis willing to give an indicator of how much work the Inquisition does in the Trust that is based around stopping internal non chaotic morons? For example are there die hard members of the old faith that haven't fallen to the Abomination for whatever reason that launch attacks on things and the like.
2. I'm pretty sure this one's been asked before, but for the life of me I can't find it: What is the Quartok's current tech level?
3. At what rate are they advancing up the tech tree? Even though we stopped them reverse engineering our stuff they should be able to get ideas through osmosis at the least?
4. Has Azyr given a idea for what level of population he wants before he feels comfortable sending troops off to the Guard?

1. almost as much as it spends stopping internal chaotic forces or external forces
2. 10 now (average Imperial)
3. pretty fast
4. hundred million +

@Durin what does Rotbart think of the chances of the ambush forces killing Headcrusha with the last hunters space marines, vortex grenades, psyker support, and the Alkestry?

So it depends on Head Crusha being enough of a idiot to not think ahead for it to be certain. I guess it wil be alright and I won't be too pessimistic about the chances of it going wrong.

1. Yes
2. Not so far
3. Around as potent
4. A Magma Wyrm

@ Durin . Is this exclusive? (for what we know at least)

I want to guess giant magma worms as well
I also want to guess that they survive them simply by having a large enough body/brain. Which means this ork can probly take a round or more even.....

[x] Plan Ambush
-[x] Balanced Stance- By using a mix of dug in forces, raids and sallies you would be able to greatly speed up the battle without risking to much of your forces . -Currently selected
-[x] Deploy the Last Hunters against Headcrusha- The Last Hunters equipped with the most deadly poisons of the Nyenye should be able to inflict some major wounds on Headcrusha, and may even be able to kill him.
-[X] use potions to also help boost them
-[x] Use space marines to lure Headcrusher into ambush
-[x] Authorize vortex grenades
-[x] Medium- Have your fighters move to seize control of the skies from the remaining Ork Fighter-Bombers. -

-[X] Deploy your Descents- The Decent Destroyer is designed to lay waste to armies after descending to the lower atmosphere, use them. This will also be a major benefit for your air forces as the Decents formidable AA is brought onto the field of battle.
-[X] Psyker Support [Ambush forces] - Your Diviners, Telepaths and Biomancers could support your ground and air forces, improving their impact and preserving their lives.
