There are at least three that do.So after an reading about the whole tech sharing with the Avernus civs I got to thinking that it would seem odd if there weren't any Avernus races that did decide to work on tech.

yes to both@Durin, I think you missed my question. (I added pictures in case you didn't know what I was talking about.)
@Durinthere is also at least one species of Avernite natives with a tech level over 20
Guardian (sort of)@Durin
1. A Guardian species or a People species. Either way its impressive.
Bwark?
The question is: Where, when and how will the Lord of Change use those psykers? I would guess "Trying to hold off the Green Wave in the Warp", but... there are other options. And interestingly enough, one of the biggest changes the Lord of Change could do would involve removing or changing the Chaos Gods themselves, so dropping defense to go on the attack is quite possible, if a bit suicidal.with the Lord of Change dead, do we need to keep more PDF at home to cover for increased casualties to Chaos psykers?

Yaay
I still really wanna ask how Nilfheim is doing this, i just cannot think of a non awkward way of doing it.Nilfheim is willing to deploy a full two dozen armies to the war effort, the largest single contribution other then Midgard.
Curiosity is a sin. Let sleeping dogs lie and do not open a can of worms for no reason other than to see what's inside.I still really wanna ask how Nilfheim is doing this, i just cannot think of a non awkward way of doing it.
1. it would be an powerful if expensive mine that still has a good chance of being detected and shot at without doing anythingYaay
Kinda want to start digging through them soon, they're meant to be bigger than the Diepobe ones as I recall....yeah they are
Still got a few tech ideas in other areas...
@Durin
1. How effective would an anti matter mine be? We have the Ragnarok Cannon so we can make it, and putting it in a mine seems relatively safe?
