Wherever she ends up, Taylor Hebert always seems to throw a wrench in things. Why would being resurrected and wielding the Light be any different? Or: in which Taylor ends up becoming the Queen's left hand and the Vanguard has no idea how to handle it. A Post-GM Destiny AU.
Queen Administrator's fork didn't expect much when she was assigned to occupy a stillborn child. Fortunately, it seemed as though the abilities and roles granted by Newborn shard "The Beginning" would be far more enjoyable than QA initially anticipated — even if Beginning frequently seemed to have no idea what Queen Administrator was talking about. QA was confident that was just a consequence of running a personality partition with insufficient knowledge, though; Beginning could still learn...
In which an eldritch entity accepts an inadvertent invitation to occupy a clone of Academy City's friendliest mind controller, Shokuhou Misaki. Meanwhile, Misaki is both dismayed and horrified to learn that she now has a new little sister to look after. Apparently, someone decided that the experiment responsible for replacing her memories with implanted, impossible imitations was worth replicating with as few biological differences as possible. As if she didn't have enough horrors on her...
Queen Administrator is pretty sure she's been dumped into an experimental world intended to let humans overcome their design flaws and become less disgusting in general. It's working. However, she'd be a lot happier if Host's hormones stopped trying to turn QA's intellectual appreciation for a specific pinnacle of humanity and combat into something unnecessarily complicated. <Stop blaming me for this!>
Queen Administrator wasn’t quite sure where she Host was or why Host brought them there. Still, she'd be content as long as she could create her bioengineered Friends, keep Host's body safe, and possibly bring Host's replacement family to power and glory. She'd be thrilled if she could figure out all the nuances of human communication systems, too; why do so few of their gestures have an obvious link to what they're meant to convey?
Or: Human’ing is haaaaard!
Queen Administrator is honestly amazed that the local experimental world has yet to implode. Local humans seem to be inordinately selfish and unreasonable, and their culture of pursuing grudges despite harmful consequences remains a net drain on society. At least their irrational behavior should make it easier for her to acquire power for herself, right? The disturbingly homicidal memory imprint left by her vessel's former occupant certainly seems to think so. All she has to do is avoid...
In which a Queen Administrator hosted in a small human body is brought to a world that already has an older, alternate and adult Queen Administrator gradually recovering from the loss of Taylor during the Gold Morning. One is very fond of creating biological, robotic, and biomechanical abominations Friends while the other is the most powerful psychic on that Earth. Despite their differing backgrounds and current specialties, they're both highly competent and know exactly what they're doing...
This is an AU where Eden and Scion chose the Collective unconscious reality to crash.
And where Eden after dying went and learned a lot.
Not [DATA] but Morals.
Now Eden is the new Velvet room master, and she will give the keys to make sure than Humans and Shards live together without the need of more [CYCLES]
And Taylor Hebert is the one who will make the waves.
Whatever she expected when she triggered, it wasn't meeting a short white-haired girl or turning into a hyper-advanced technological platform. Of course when you're Taylor Hebert, things frequently don't go as planned.
