I guess when you are fighting a galactic war is a bad time to try to discover your sexual orientation though. Probably why it took her three games to decide she was gay.

I actually liked that bit when that happened to me when I was playing with my FemShep. While games like ME are kind of fantasy fulfilment, its nice to see characters sometimes have their own agency even in romantic relationship options. Sometimes "not interested" means that she/he is just not interested in you.Too bad Jack is so young. Eh she would only have a not-so-imaginary imaginary friend and some self-image issues. On top of her usual callous disregard for human life, battle lust, general trauma, and lack of socialization. As well as any other issues I may have forgotten.

. Revy tends to default to busy with stuff (usually science). Mind you did just see Brian off so you know waiting a bit is fine.

Revy's sexuality was never set in stone (IIRC). Back when I was still a player and the first romance vote came up I rolled a die on my lazy character sexuality chart and got a 14 which was in the bisexual range so I voted that way from then on. Now I'm at the whims of whatever the players vote for. Revy at least likes males though.

Revy also likes robots, power armor, mechanical arms and Mass Effect pseudo hard light constructs (KB + Holo).
Having track both of you're down no I've caught up with the thread they are surprisingly similar.
They are not however quite the same, I feel that my version of the interview makes Revy seem much more approachable and plays to her good side better than either of yours which in a few particulars, mostly in choosing the lab over the home make for a much more clinical location.
If the only people seeing this interview was Nova's usual group that wouldn't be a problem but this is Revy's first broadcast interview. As a celebrity of some note and a lot of actual worth there are gong to be a lot more viewers outside of the Shows usual demographic and it behoves us to make a good impression on them as well.

Regarding the setting of our interview I would strongly suggest we do it in our workshop. You know with all the tinkering projects half finished and doodads all over. While being interviewed we can tinker on something, conscript the Show Host into being our assisted and handing over tools and most importantly finishing the project from head to start in the duration of the interview and then gift it to the Show.
They can auction it for a good cause or something.
It would signify our way of not only looking at things but approaching life. Not books on a shelf for display and impressing people but showing something useful. We are not a pretentious asshole, but a maddened tinker that runs on coffee, alcohol and perhaps cigarettes or something similar like all engineers at one point in their life.
What? Once Revy gets the Corp. properly running so she does not need to intervene she can be the bad girl, recruiting and seducing lost options without a care in the world.

I don't know. I just had this image of Revy being the sheltered nerd girl and her new love interest getting her into all the trouble she missed as a teenager. Yep.
We need to inspire confidence in the public though. This interview isn't going to be limited to Nova's usual demographic and looking like a borderline unstable person isn't good when we want to work on peoples brains, genetics and be allowed to play with dangerous technology like AI's and WMD's in future.
We need to be approachable and show off Revy's best qualities and that's best done in a more intimate setting like a home.
Not as much as sheltered as obsessive, consequent, thorough and dedicated. Up until now her main focus was Machines and building them.
If she focuses on sexual exploration I would bet Revy is going to be that kind of person with a notebook cataloging every sexual encounters, acts performed, tools, enhancers lubricants both social and physical etc.
All done nice and proper by species, race, parent culture, subculture, by enjoyment quotient, density of numbers, time, emotional and material resource investment, all that. Everything will be experienced and done until her notebook gets at least every achievement.
Revy never left anything unfinished. Its just that this aspect was never given enough attention. Now once she has enough focus for her own personal growth that is now currently concerned on survival, security and spread of influence not enjoyment and discovery of perfect romantic activities and potential partners.
You do not thrust auto mechanics? Why do you even ride a car? I mean a interview in a garage. Think of it like a Pimp My Ride episode.
