When that Exemplar first showed up in this Quest (hunting down Alice's former Chantry in the aftermath of her sidestory), the BGM posted was one of Lu Bu's from a Dynasty Warriors game, and he was riding in on a red motorcycle, standing in for Red Hare. So yeah, Zhang Yuan definitely is Lu Bu. So people are pretty willing to go and join @EarthScorpion in welcoming Gregor Leon, Agent of WARCRIMES (you could probably backronym it to something. World Assimilation, Re-Education, Conquest, and Repression Institution for Mass Extrasolar Summoning I guess) back for... probably not that long because Cross, as mentioned, has DSci 3.
In fact, his original spheres were Time 3, Life 3 (favored), Dimensional Science 3, Mind 2, and Forces 2, with Enlightenment 4. Of course, he survived Moscow, so that's worth some upgrades. He is currently Enlightenment 4, Time 3, Life 3(f), DSci 3, Mind 4 (Tactical Operations), Forces 3, Correspondence 2, Matter 2, and Prime 2. All in all, he's not exactly Donald or Rose. He's still a better mage than either Piero or Maria. But he invested most of his XP into more augmentation and physical stats and his newfound rank and ludicrously high requisitions rating. What, you think normal people have Ghost Bullets?
Accompanying him is Major Jane Clarent, who is Enlightenment 5 and has the spheres Correspondence 4 (Multitasking), Mind 4 (Brute Force), Matter 2, Forces 3, Time 2, Prime 3. She is rather more powerful as a mage. As you might remember from the car chase, she can practically make any hand weapon dance. Or, to be more literal, make a single bullet ricochet through a room and kill a half-dozen people.
Remember that he is also backed up by a bunch of Damage Control and THOR agents, who can be assumed to have access to Enlightenment 4, sphere 3 effects in any sphere.
As far as the trap Rose has found herself in goes, it's literally what you've taken at face value. The URTURN system is self-destructing, in a way designed to destroy most of the evidence here. If Rose tries to use her DSci 3 to get out of that space, there's some modifications to the local spatial conditions which will dump her rather deeper into the Umbra than expected... which is perfect for an attempt by Control to eat her and use her as a finger puppet.

So... just dancing ahead for a moment, we have the following Meaningful Concerns.
- We'd like the bodyjumper to not kill his current host. That's going to be something of an immediate concern because he has a knife to the guy's throat. Even after we deal with the immediate concern, though, he's still in a pretty good position to kill the guy, and we'll have to do something about that.
- We'd like to come up with a way to trap/bind/kill aforementioned bodyjumper, because we hate him and we want him dead and also because he's a meaningful playing piece in the hands of the enemy.
- We need to make sure that he doesn't get away even after he realizes that he might die here.
Various pertinent assets, off the top of my head:
- Having Life 3 int eh Unnamed Crowd means that we have Technocracy Paramedic stuff going on.
- Clarent doesn't have DSci, but she does have Mind 4 (brute force) which is pretty much perfect for a direct mind control attack, if we can figure out a way to make it appropriately paradigmatic. She also has Prime 3, which, I believe, also gives her an appropriate zortch.
- The Unnamed Crowd *does* have DSci 3, which means that they can also use anti-Gretkov phasers. It also has Mind 3, which (as mind 2) lets them send brief mental impulses. That's not the sort of thing that will work for very long, but it *is* the sort of thing that can net an immediately useful tactical advantage if you swing it right.

Well, I'm thinking Gregor Leon will survive without most of his limbs, if he gets immediate medical attention (which we are qualified to provide). And we have two people here with bullshit levels of firearms proficiency.
Another option is to try and hit him with some sort of paralysis (not sure how we would do this) or straight up freeze him with Time 4 and then phaser the fuck out of Gretkov once the effect wears off.

Personally, I figure that "hit him with some sort of paralysis" *is* an expression of Time 4, by default. Unfortunately we don't have anyone with Time 4. Clarent is 2, Cross is 3, and the mooks cap out at 3 as well.
Clarent can try to fake it with Mind 4, but I'm not sure how shed manage that. What kind of Mind focii does she *have*? (...other than computer hacking, which would take a fair bit of mind-twistiness to try to apply in this particular circumstance)

Could we use Corr 3 to enforce a ban on knives (with bullets)?
Remember that Gretkov is an Agent, and Agents do not show injury. They're basically giant bags of hitpoints who either function at 100% or ded, no in-betweens barring the use of Spirit 4 or conjunctional DSci 3/Life 4 (if you want to cripple them physically) or DSci 3/Mind 4 (if you want to cripple them mentally). Note that Mind magic still has obvious issues regarding how effective it is against resisting targets against Agents.
Actually, since Cross has DSci and Jamelia didn't, someone roll me Cross's Enlightenment 4 + DSci 3 (7d), enhanced by another THOR agent's Enlightenment 4 + DSci 3 (7d) for a total of 14d, to figure out what Gretkov has. Nobody is spending any willpower or prime energy on this because it's a pretty beefy roll and you might need it for more important shit.
