Honestly for this update I'm thinking of voting for More Wolf-riders instead of anything else in Martial. It's a one year plan which doesn't cost us much and doesn't have a chance of planning. Next year I'm all for taking We Have a Chance or I Want My Shit Back, but the fewer turns we spend totally locked in one of our options the better in my opinion. I mean, the only reason we were able to have any army ready to fight the Greenskins before they rocked our world was because Voikirium took pity on us and gave us an extra Martial action. Obviously a Waaagh is a rare occurrence, but if something comes up next year that threatens the realm I'd rather have some way to address it instead of being totally locked in place.
I voted for We Have Standards, Damn It because while it does lock us in for a while, it will help strenghten our defenses a lot, especially since some of our Barons lost their entire levies and it will help them rebuild.

The Seelie
The Seelie

The Seelie hear; the Seelie see; the Seelie know-- speak well, and soft; for their rage is cold.
-A common Albion saying

Source

There is often enough corruption in the world, the seduction of the good, the shattering of the beautiful.

But how often can redemption come?

The story of the Seelie started not too long after the Sundering. A cold and noble family of Naggaroth laid down roots in Naggaroth, and their firstborn son, as was usual, was a Corsair. He was good; the lands that would be the Empire and Norsca were his favored targets. His hands were soaked in blood; and destruction followed in his path.

One day that Corsair happened to stumble into a cavern as he was rapine and plundering the tribes of the Empire, when, unbeknownst to the others, he fell.

None know what happened there, for Malekith himself had the knowledge destroyed.

All that is sure is that next any knew, the Corsair was babbling of Vaul, and of construction. His former crew seized him, placed him in the brig; he suffered...indignities. As the raiding ship was heading back to port, they happened upon a small convoy.

Seeing his chance, the changed elf broke free, and convinced a number of other elves to flee with him. Capturing ships they parted, running from the Druchii.

Changed, but too shamed to return to Ulthuan, the ships made for a place safe; and against all odds they made it to Albion.

His name, and the name of his house, is lost to time; but he is now Raffen, the lord of the Seelie.

Since, they have crafted strong homes, and pass their days in creating art and beauty. Of all elves, they are undoubtedly weakest in both number and might; they number less than 100,000 and cannot call together the vast hosts that their three kinsmen might.

But their work is beautiful, a great sight to behold; and they of all elves might be said to have the greatest understanding of their own flaws, for they have seen the depths that their kinsmen might fall to and rejected it. And though they number few, they have fought with bravery to stand against the Firmir, holding special hatred for the cyclopean destroyers, and led by Merlin helped the human defenders force them to extinction.

In recent years, with the defeats layered upon the Druchii, more and more of the Dark Elves flee to the Isles.

So I kind of changed my mind on where, exactly, the Albion Elves come from.

There are probably typos in this. It's also 2 AM, so you'll have to excuse me if I don't fix them until later after I've gone to sleep.

I Want My Shit Back: 50%
High-Elf Party: 80% (Note: For not angering the somewhat Humanocentric men of Montfort)
Sunstones: 65%
The Children of Khypris: 35%
The Dream Warriors: ???
Ballista Bashing: 80%

While TCOK is the lowest it is only an intelligence gathering operation. IWMSB on the other hand is a military action, failing which will likely allow the greenskins to start recovering.

[X] DD on I Want My Shit Back

Nope. You just committed the sort of brutality to the Greenskins that they haven't seen since Martrud was still around, wrecking shit. It'll take more than a single fuck-up for them to recover from that.

1) I said start recovering.
2) So? These are Greenskins. Slaughtering them just means they lose less to infighting in the brief period their numbers are diminished. Canon is littered with heroes coming along and slaughtering Greenskins by the million. It pretty much never has any lasting effect.
