My biggest consideration for the Anacoa is whether or not to give them Boobs.
At least one of the old ones was clearly a titty-enjoyer, so it's justifiable, then again they are mostly aquatic so big snitties would be a detriment.

Omake: An Asur's opinions on his expedition companions (canon)
An Asur's opinions on his expedition companions

Date 08/6/2395 of the Sigmarite Calendar

Dear journal

I'm writing this on the eve of the expedition to hunt down and cull the malignant goblins that plague the jungles beyond the current borders of the colony. An admirable effort by Governor Flynn but the truly important goal is the study of the magical leylines and creating a map of such important founts of magic. And the added jungle training that would greatly be useful for my long stay in this Wonderous land.

Well passing that I'm gonna place my thoughts and personal analysis to writing of my current companions in this fruitful endeavor we are undertaking.

Amina bint malik: a good guard for a human atleast she took my advice to stay close to me and not wade in after branwen so I hopeful that doesn't change and we'll have a fine time working together in this endeavor.

Elena Volker: A helpful sort with her attentive eye in detail of finding hidden paths and treasures not really anything else for her though she is the lead in jungle training so she could teach more about her ability to find hidden things and I have decades of time to learn her secrets.

Briala silverleaf: A compatriot born in the old colonies and a more Isha sort which brings back memories of my lovely grandmother which is to say that I think our relationship will go swimmingly.

Pandora the pioneer: oh both hoeth and I weep that such a fantastic mind was not born an asur oh how much she could accomplish with the time granted to her and knowledge that the priests of hoeth would no doubt shower her if she was an asur. But no matter I thyriol will work my best to learn from her and catalog her knowledge to the best of my ability hhm if I have the time and if she's alive maybe I can convince my family to allow her to visit dear saphery as gift to her in the short life she has.

Arda kohring: Ghur specialist absolutely useful for cataloging the unique wildlife of this land a talent I wish to master when I'm more capable in using more magics. But for now I see that we will have a amicable relationship for how long she lives.

Wilryn Stark: I know for a fact she wants some inane approval for writing a book about our expedition from what the lady of the scholar shop said. Well I was wanting to write my journeys and we want to discover in it but I'll be busy with my studies with magic so I'll agree to it but stipulate I get a good share of wealth and be acknowledged in the book its not to say I wouldn't help proof read It to make sure it's fact are true.

Thyriol closes his journal and makes his final preparation for the expedition which he knows will succeed and bring great knowledge and prestige.

The Research and the Investigate cults are so close, I'm tempted to let them go through with complications.
we could just reduce the DC for future? Not hte worst way of doing it?

Nah , just make them wide with curves. No actuall boobs, just boob shaped enough to make the mistake.
Could be folds of hood, extra muscles, viper sacs, extra armor or even snack stush...
They are not Naga, there is no need to make them human-ish. they can make up in diffrent areas...

A tiny note on Relationship levels (week 3)
Just so that I remember.

The relationship tiers are:

True Enemy< Enemy< Hated< Rival< Ill-Known< Neutral< Connected< Friendly< Close-knit< Allied< Inner Circle.

And as of the end of week 3.
Lustrian Factions:
  • Centorean Glade-Stewards: Friendly
  • Amaxon Anacoa: Friendly
  • Spirits of the Jungle: Connected
  • Skinks of Itza: Neutral
  • Amazons of Paradise Isle: Neutral.
  • Awakened Vampirates: Ill-Known
  • Big Bonahz Savage-Orcs: Rival.
  • Santa Magritta: Connected
  • Breonne: Friendly
  • Citadel of Dawn: Friendly
Non-Lustrian Factions:
  • Imperial State: Inner Circle
  • Imperial Nobility: Allied
  • Bretonnian Nobility: Friendly
  • The Colleges of Magic: Allied
  • Ulthuan: Friendly
  • Estalia: Connected
  • Tilean Mainland: Connected
  • Luccini: Connected
  • Araby: Neutral
Most of the non-lustrian factions are known via trade or missives of recognition regarding your colonial holding, and their colonies share their home-country's ttitude toward you at-current.

Ooh. I like the idea of it being misleading anatomy, especially given their extra limbs.

Extra Limbs being that I was planning to give them four arms on double-stacked shoulder blades, to fit them being genetic cousins to the dragon's ancient ancestors.

Wait, extra limbs? Are these Fantasy Sslyth? I don't know what gender they've presented as in canon, but so far, no models or artwork has depicted them with breasts.

Wait, extra limbs? Are these Fantasy Sslyth?
XD

You caught me.
Sslyth in 40k are based on nose-horned vipers -at least visibly- and are presented as entirely reptilian, with no visible gender differences or particular genders known. The anacoa are going to be more constrictor-snake based, with gender differences based primarily on size.

I was just debating leaning into the fantasy trope of snitties, but on reflection ya I may save that for the Khureshi Naga.

We are new at this aren't we?

Pandora the Pioneer, after a few drinks and a query about colonial relations: "You're new, lightly defended, lightly manned, and only a fortnight plus change by-sea from Santa Magritta's Slave-Market Docks, along with their not-very-secret Corsair Coves. Trust me, Mister Governor, that it's in your best interests to be at-least polite right now."
