If you can get all his skills to ten? Fuck the hell yes. Hawkeye combined with his animation buff and Pojection magecraft allows him to make stars and crit like a mother fucker. And considering he has three art cards which hit three times, means he can spam his NP, which while it is considered weak, hits so many times that he is comparable to Jackie's Quick Brave chains in star gen if you have enough enemies to hit.
