Sabers are also pretty honorable aren't they?
Not particularily so. Sure, a lot of knights are both honourable and Sabers (like Arturia), but it isn't an inherent part of the class.

Heck, Fergus is a Saber and one of the two canon examples of "Nature of a Rebellious Spirit", I. E. the skill that makes summoning Lu Bu as a Berserker despite his Noble Phantasm a good idea.

Ninja'd by two people now but I will still say this,

1) No, Sabers are not necessarily honorable. Seiba is, but she is a rather extreme outlier and more of an exception than the rule, all things considered. Hech, she is described as inhuman for so rigidly adhering to that honor.
2) There are different kinds of honor. Things that were considered honorable in Medieval Europe would be seen as foolish, unsightly, or cowardly behavior, if not an outright felony, just a few centuries prior or at the same time in, say, China or Japan.
3) Seiba was as honorable as they come. To the Einzberns' best knowledge, she had destroyed the Grail, snatching defeat from the jaws of their victory, for reasons unknown. So much for honor, eh?

I know I've been ninja'ed multiple times already but this is getting bloody annoying. They wanted the strongest famous hero that they knew of to be an antagonist. Him being a Berserker doesn't mean they hate Herakles for whatever reason. And again I ask, why are you looking for problems when there are none?

That's a dumb generalization. Besides, the Einzbern tried that with Seiba in the 4th war already. Why would they repeat that?

It makes sense honestly

In Orleans Jeanne Alter thinks she is Jeanne's Hatred and Darkness towards those who abandoned her and the english

Then she finds out she isn't that at all but just the wish of a Madmen wishing for the image of a Girl who would approve of his current monstrosity. So she desperately tries to latch on something so she tries to summon Comrades because the Original Jeanne was someone who sainthood/charisma attracted many allies

Heck Cu Alter approaches things so mechanically you ponder if he is 'alive' at all

I think some of the Alters have distorded memories of the ones whom they were based off

I mean Alter Cu obviously feels something towards Scatatch

His approach in America is "I am a King summoned to engulf this country in Ruin. So be it."

But when Scathach approaches him he hesitates and states he dislikes the idea of fighting her

Isn't the whole point of Fergus that he was betrayed himself and he simply defected?

depends completely on who you summon

I was just proposing an example...

Yeah, like that one guy Arthur! Oh, wait...

That guy that betrayed the family she served because her master framed her into doing it?

I was using the Saber class as a gross overgeneralization.

I can understand that for the novel! However, it seems there has been no news of traditional heroic Heracles yet (unless he was a servant on the leaks)...
