Bite to Crunch seem a bit too strong. Bite is fairly strong as it is, really, and Crunch is more or less what I see as end game power level since it's quite strong and even has additional effects.

Or did you change the upper levels of what moves are available?
To be fair Bite > Crunch is basically what the games do too. Bite, Crunch, Elemental Fang.
Mastering Crunch unlocks all the other Fang moves.
Although, damn, thought it would've just been Psychic Fangs since that's in Dragapults moveset, but all Fangs? Impressive.
It goes Simple, Intermediate, Skilled, Master
Check the Move Mastery part in Pokemon and You
Ah, thank you for pointing that out.

So Evolution for Dreepy is Master Quick Attack -> unlock Agility. Master Agility -> Unlock Extreme Speed. Then learn the basics of Extreme Speed.

Extreme Speed is Complex, though, so it might also have a 4th-badge requirement like Phantom Force.

I still think my plan could have worked wonders going by what moves we got.

Astonish - Skilled (2/4)

Infestation - Skilled (2/4)

Bite - Skilled (2/4)

Quick Attack - Skilled (3/4)

Double Team - Intermediate (2/5)

Shadow Sneak - Skilled (2/4)

Much closer to unlocking more moves, and I'm assuming boosting the power of them. Still the choice we got was fine.

Yep, and the Fam is time limited since we'd be farther than the others from the Academy if memory is correct.

For the record this comment could also apply to our best friend being a time limited action, and training KNOW isn't time limited, so really we should've picked the best friend action right ;)

I'm not really serious it's just an easy thing to point out in this situation aha.

We're gonna find out that shes one of he most swagful people in the world but we've been drifting apart due to not hanging out

Clearly our best friend was the protagonist of this Background until we picked it at which point she got shunted into side-character status. She'll show us how cool she is with her Ex-Protagonist powers.

Prologue "Goodbyes and Helloes"
[X] Dreepy
[X] Bonds and Binding
-[X] Family means no one gets left behind
-[X] I'm not Book Smart, I'm Poke Smart

Your Father is bringing you to meet a Human, he says. Only a few of your Siblings will be coming to join you in his Horns. You are joyful since that means you will not be pushed to the back of the Horns. You feel sleepy waiting.

You are woken by a new sound. It is high and shrill and unlike any other. Your Father says it took His Human long enough.

Then he Flies. Fast, faster and faster. Until that magnificent sound. That crashing and exploding where your Father outspeeds Noise itself. The wind in your face, to travel, even through your Father, the Heavens as the Lord of The Skies once had. It is Bliss.

Then he stops. He descends to meet a Human, one armed and old. Father appears happy and lets the Human caress Him. Does Mother know?

Then you spot Her. Father whispers that She is Your Human and you should introduce yourself to Her. Nervousness takes you. You do not know how to do that. But you will not say that for your Siblings will mock you. So you will meet Her as you meet all new things. Fighting.

You rush out of your Father's Horns towards the Human. She has Red hair and wears the long thing of the ones Father calls Highlanders. You hit Her in the center of the chest. You topple Her, beating the Human.

You Win!

You have won your first bout since you hatched Two Moons ago and you dance over her corpse. She still lives as expected of Your Human.

Both your Father and his Human laugh. That is not fair, it is not her fault you are simply The Best. Their mockery causes your Human to stand back up throwing you off her. She gives you a look of challenge, face snarling. Oh? She wishes for a rematch?

Fortunately for her, you are generous enough to grant one. You put distance between yourself and her, as you prepare to rush and topple her again. You move, suddenly and quickly right at her. A direct hit! And yet… she does not fall?!

She stumbles back as you feel her two hands grab you by your horns. You are not strong to pass through her hands like Father can through mountains when he is too lazy to turn.

Not Good.

It starts slow as you're shaken up and down, grip on your horns tight, unable to escape.

Very Not Good!

The shaking gets harder and harder and you dizzier and dizzier. You. Can't. Take. This. Any. More.

Eventually she tires and the shaking stops. She releases you, but you are unable to muster enough strength to even float.

You've Lost…

A worse defeat than the ones you've suffered at the hands of your siblings… You will never recover from this…

Suddenly you feel yourself being picked up. A warm hand strokes your back making the dizziness go away. You look and it is Your Human. Hmmph. At least she is magnanimous in victory like you. Involuntarily you relax and tell her to keep going as you get sleepier.

"Yeah, exactly like my siblings," from the mouth noises you do not understand from your human. She turns to you again and she says the words 'Dreepy.' Yes that is what you are. It is followed by the mouth noise of 'Mariana' while pointing at herself. I thought she was a human…?

As you fall asleep you see her bring up a red ball…

You are woken by the Mariana outside. The sun is bright but the wind has died down which is a shame, you attempt to float upwards to catch some wind when you are stopped. The Mariana has grabbed your tail!

"Do not wander away little one, the Salamence following us will gobble you up." You turn your head towards the source. It is a Dodrio, your senses tell you their name is 'Three Soaring Land and Sky as One.'

"Greetings Three Soaring Land and Sky as One," you greet while approaching them. The Mariana has let go of you seeing as you are no longer floating off.

"Right, you're a Dragon. You will call us Doremi, I'm Do," says the right head, 'The One Who is Sorrowful.'

"You know full well he's not going to listen to that, he's a brat," says the left head, 'The One Who is Tempestuous.'

"It cannot hurt to try Mi. I am Re, the leader of our Triad," says the center head, 'The One Who is In Command.'

"You're giving us weird names in your head right now, aren't you?"

"No." Yes.

Before the Dodrio could inquire further, the Mariana picked and held you close. "We're gonna be flying soon, I heard from Gramps your species likes that so hang on tight to me, alright?" the only word you understood there was flying which is good because it is the only one that matters.

Still clinging onto you, the Mariana and the older Human climb onto Three Soaring Land and Sky as One's back. Then the Dodrio takes off and it is glorious. You feel the wind rushing to your eyes and face, you scream in Joy!

"Aww, look he's happy!" says your Human.

Your joy continues for a few more minutes until it is interrupted by mouth noises from the humans. "...think it wants a rematch with Doremi…" says the older human.

"DON'T FIGHT A SALAMENCE WHILE I'M WITH YOU!" your human clutches you tighter as she shouts. Salamence do not regularly eat humans you think, so is she worried for you?

"Don't get yourself in a twist, look, you're squeezing the poor thing." her grip on you does not loosen. "Doremi will tell 'em to buzz off. They can fight later."

As the Dodrio and Salamence shout insults and obscenities at one another from afar, neither make a move to get closer. The situation has deescalated, though the Mariana makes no effort to let you go until the group lands. You are at the outskirts of a collection of local human nests, it looks much bigger than you see from above flying with Father.

Letting go of you so that you can float, she urges you to follow her into one of the nests. Before you do you see the older human go off with Three Soaring Land and Sky as One to fight the Salamence. Following your human into the nest, she introduces you to two other humans with red hair like hers. Ah, this must be her Mother and Father. You must thank them for making a human that was a worthy challenge.

'Greetings.' You hear no sound but the words were in your head nevertheless. You turn away from the Mariana telling her parents of your victory over her to loom the new person by the entrance.

A Chimecho. Ah, a psychic; that explains things. You approach, still chewing on the berry your human's parents had left unattended.

'You must be little Mariana's Pokemon.' You are certain that it is the other way around but you do not correct her. This Chimecho seems…scary. You are immediately vindicated when she started using her psychic grip to *pinch* your cheeks.

'You are just so cute, even cuter with a berry that isn't yours in your mouth,' she says telepathically while still smiling outwardly. She's even starting to laugh!

"Aw, he's getting along great with Chimu," says your human unaware. No! You are not! At least the parents look concerned. They must be able to hear this witch! Help! Stop her!

If it is the berry that is the concern, you will fix that. Using your tongue you forced the half chewed berry down your throat. You have no need to eat being a Ghost but the taste is still great. With your success, the witch's smile turns into a sneer. She should be grateful that you did not spit that berry at her. You are magnanimous in all things even against enemies!

"Chimu, stop bullying the kid, you're a grown woman," squawked the new arrival, a Staravia. The telekinetic grip on your cheeks loosens and you immediately flee towards your human.

You chirp with gratitude towards the bird for saving you. 'I was merely teaching the brat the punishment for thieves. And I am not grown! I am still young and spry,' the witch says while twirling with a smile on their face.

"You've been young and spry for the past twenty years."

"And you've been a Staravia for the past ten!"

"I'll evolve any day now! Get off my case!" As your human says goodbye to her parents, you and her leave them to handle the bickering of the two Pokemon.

According to your human, you will be meeting a 'Timothee', a 'Michel' and a 'Tamara.' She says they are her siblings. Hopefully they are better than yours or you will be beating them up.

In another of the human nests, next to a shining box, your human regales her siblings with the tales of your victory over her. And also the thing that happened afterwards, you don't remember that part well. As your human pets you on her lap while she sits telling her story, the one called 'Timothee' stares at you intently.

"I wanna fight them too. No one beats my rival except me!" Oh? You do not know the words but you know a challenge when you hear one. The gall to not only think himself worthy of being your human's rival but to also challenge you?

He better have strength to back those words of his. You float away from your warm throne to roar at this knave, accepting his challenge.

"Sit down, both of you, I'm not letting you fight my Pokemon, Timothee," your human ordered while pinching the bridge of her nose. It is of little use Mariana. Challengers must be met and crushed lest they continue to delude themselves and waste your time.

"I wanna see them fight! It'll be like a Pokemon battle, except Timothee is the Pokemon and I'm the trainer!" At least the one called Tamara is sensible. It is a battle! Already the face of the Timothee turns red, now realizing his utter foolishness.

"Dreepy are pretty weak if I recall correctly, so as long as Timothee remembers *his lessons* it should be a Fifty-Fifty." Ignoring the insult from the Michel. His cadence shows that the Timothee is clearly slacking in their combat training. Unforgivable.

"Ugh fine. It'll be some training, I guess." Your human finally relents as you and your opponent prepare for battle in the center of the nest. As your human counts down you ready yourself to rush the Timothee and end it in a single blow.

Faster than he could react, you ram him square in the stomach sending the knave stumbling back and falling on his rear. You back off and wait for his response. From how he is tearing up, he has recognized his humiliating defeat.

VICTORY FOR DREEPY!

"He'll be fine, right?"

"Yea it shouldn't bruise, Dreepy—especially small newly born ones like this one—don't hit hard enough to do so. More importantly, what the hell was that posture?! You were asking to be pushed over." Both your human and the Michel look over and scold the knave respectively.

It is good to put fools in their place.

"I wanna fight too! That looks fun!" Hoh? Another challenger so soon?

The Tamara prepares herself for battle. Unlike the Timothee, she is confident in herself and there are little flaws in her stance. Finally, a worthy challenge.

While your Mariana comforts and moves the crying loser to a seat. The Michel speaks to your soon to be opponent.

"Are you sure about this, Tam?"

"Of course I am! How am I supposed to become a Trainer if I never learn Pokemon Battling?" your opponent answers confidently. Finally, someone with sense.

"That's not what battling means, Tam!" objects your human. You're pretty sure it is, she should know considering that thing that happened after you beat her that you don't remember.

"Fine, I'm wrestling that dragon after this. We can't let their ego get too big especially when they're so young." Wait what.

Before you can contemplate what the Michel just said, the Tamara roars and rushes at you. You meet her head on turning at the last second to repeatedly slap her with your tail.

She flails at your assault, unable to take it. She eventually manages to grab your tail, her eyes still closed. Her grip was not enough to keep a hold of you for long though. Which is good because she just chomped down on where your tail was. What the hell?!

You continue to float away eventually settling to have your human moderately behind you, she's making sure that the loser will be fine. Eventually the Tamara recovers enough of her wits to open her eyes again with you no longer smacking her in the face with your tail. She sees where you are and begins to run towards you. Yes, come closer...

When she's near enough you fly close to the ground and right through her legs, her momentum leads her to running towards the loser, toppling him in a pile of limbs and defeat. What a worthy bout. You salute the Tamara for her challenge and skill in battle. Judging from her laughter coming from the pile she clearly enjoyed the thrills of combat.

Before you could do anything else, you are grabbed and pinned to the ground by a heavy weight. From the sound of their voice, it's that Michel. A vile sneak attack! Unable to move and feebly struggling against the human, you are forced to concede.

What a humiliating defeat... You will never recover from this... It's over.

"Alright, that's enough!"

"Alright that's enough!" you yell, exhausted at your siblings and your Pokemon. "Look at the mess you've made! You're all helping me clean this up." As you finish your sentence, Michel lets Dreepy go and bolts out of the ger. Ugh, he's so exhausting.

Picking up Dreepy, who seems dejected (little guy must not take losses well) you go and make sure your younger siblings are okay. "You alright, you too?" Tamara responds with a thumbs up.

"Timmy here is just being a sore loser."

"Am not! That Pokemon cheated! I want a rematch!" You're not sure how that's possible, but considering how bad Timmy's posture was, they probably didn't need to.

At the mention of a rematch (weird how selective their understanding of human words are) Dreepy perks up and looks down smugly at your younger brother. That smugness immediately wilts when Tamara says she also wants a rematch because she wants to know what a Dreepy's tail tastes like.

"You three can have your rematch once you help me clean up." You doubt they'll win their rematches, though. Not like you who won after that thing that happened that you forgot about.

After cleaning up, the four of you spent the rest of the day after lunch just play-fighting around and getting used to the new member of your family.

Jenkins came back just before dinner, having gone with Doremi to fight that Salamence from earlier. He looks like he won but apparently Doremi got hurt enough that he'll need to go to a Pokecenter at the fort. Michel and his Mudsdale will be taking him tomorrow.

Later that night while studying on your phone while laying down in bed, you got an email. It seems you can pick up your uniforms (you'll get more than one?) at the fort anytime during the week. You pet Dreepy who's sleeping on your chest, idly thinking of something.

You hyperfocused a lot on battling theory and fundamentals during the lead up to the entrance exam; there's still a lot of gaps in your knowledge that your future peers wouldn't have. If you don't wanna make a laughing stock of yourself, you should prolly go through some reading material at the fort's library. The books are pretty old and they're typically donated from the families of soldiers stationed there but there were a couple of them that really helped you for the exam proper.

You could probably spend a couple more days after the weekend just hanging out with your family like normal, getting Dreepy (you really need a nickname for him) acquainted with you. Learning their tells, teaching them words. You remember having to take care of Tamara alongside Mom when she was just a baby and yea, just like having a sibling.

[] Nickname: Write-in (Subject to QM veto)

The next day you were traveling to the fort alongside Michel and Jenkins to spend a few days at the library. You brought some change of clothes and got some cash from your parents (they refuse to let you spend some of what they gave you for the Academy) to last for a couple of days at the fort's Inn. You also brought Dreepy with you, who's enjoying the ride on horseback even if you're holding onto them from their tail.

Splitting up with the old man and your brother, you head to the Battle Arena where it says you'll be picking up your uniforms and a school handbook. The Battle Arena itself is still partially under use by the Academy. But some arenas have opened back up to the locals, though looking at who's using it, it's a bunch of bored soldiers sparring with their Pokemon. No way you'll be able to find someone you could theoretically even beat. You go to pick up your uniform from the local Academy rep and…

"Um, sir? Are you sure this is the right uniform? I thought uniforms for non-noble students were green?" you ask the Academy rep. You've never heard of a red Mesagoza uniform before and that's what's just been handed to you. The uniforms have your last name and initials on it though.

"You're Mariana Ganzorig, right?" you nod. "Then everything is in order. Oh, and here's your handbook." At least this one matches what you see online. Going to your room at the inn and releasing Dreepy onto the bed, you try your uniforms out.

First one is the formal dress uniform. It's what you're expected to wear on the first day, during formal events and during Field exercises. The other is the casual uniform. There's multiple of them and it's what you're typically supposed to wear during day to day classes. It's a white polo shirt with color coded pants according to your status. Purple for nobles, Green for non-nobles. Though yours is red for some reason.

Well no point thinking about it, you have studying to do.

You head to the library with Dreepy in tow, who's surprisingly behaving themself, they must be nervous with all the Pokemon and humans around. You go around the library borrowing the books you need. Mostly reviewers and textbooks at around the highschool level. You know you have a lot of catching up to do so it's better to at least get started on it.

You open up a textbook and get to work.

… Emperor Rodrigo Diaz Arnor would meet one of his closest companions, The Masked Maiden, in the Andosin Highlands—The refinement of Tera Crystals into Orbal Energy would revolutionize science and technology in the aftermath of the Great War a scant four decades ago—Algebra is a branch of mathematics in which—A yet unknown linguistic ancestor is believed by leading to shared by all human cultures in the world—The temperamental nature of most Dragon Types make raising them a difficult prospect—Emperor Rodrigo is also known as the Father of the Renaissance for the flourishing of Arts and the Natural Sciences under his—

"Um, miss we're about to close up." You're taken out of your trance by the librarian. You check the time: it's nearly 7 PM. Did you skip lunch? Feeling your stomach growling answers that question. You check your belongings and find that Dreepy somehow managed to get themself back into their own Pokeball. Little guy must've been bored out of his own mind, you'll leave him at the local daycare next time you go for a studying session.

You repeat the process for the next couple of days, remembering to leave Dreepy at the fort's daycare for baby Pokemon. He gets into some trouble picking fights with the other Pokemon but he mostly loses, the local caretaker says it's normal for younger Pokemon, especially Dragons, to be aggressive to their peers. Something about competition amongst clutches of siblings. By the time the weekend rolls around, you feel confident enough that you'll at least have an inkling of what the teachers are going to be talking about early on.

You spend the rest of the last week with your family and Dreepy. For some reason, they seem to avoid Chimu which you don't understand. She's always so nice to you even when you were a kid. At least they seem to get along with Doremi and Ravs. Dreepy does finally have that rematch with Timothee with the exact same result. Not gonna lie, it is kinda funny. Tamara did manage to beat them during their rematch, mostly cause Dreepy forfeited by running back to you when Tamara tried to bite them.

Dreepy also mostly understands the words you say now. A part of you thinks that they sometimes pretend to not understand you just to get out of doing things it doesn't like. They can be easily bribed with berries, though; they seem to like oran berries the best.

Sooner than expected, the day where you needed to depart for the Academy arrived. You needed to leave 3 days before the start of the School Year if you wanted to get to Mesagoza with some time left to get your Dorm situation handled. So here you are, bags and luggage prepared, saying your farewells to your family, with some of the other members of the clan also watching. Most of the formal goodbyes and good luck had already been said in the celebration after your entrance exam. But your family really couldn't help themselves, could they?

"Remember to write at least once a month! And call if you have free time! …Not if you're busy, we don't want to distract you!" Your mom orders as she crushes you in a vice grip of a hug. Your dad and your siblings look at the scene of your death, amused. You're totally only getting them a single souvenir each. …Maybe two. Eventually Chimu and Ravs convince her to let you go.

You're freed only to be rushed by your younger siblings for a hug one last time. "Make sure to come back sis!" pleaded Tamara.

"I won't forgive you if you lose, my rival has to get stronger than the old coot ever got!" demanded Timothee. Right, he calls you his 'rival.' So cute. Dreepy makes a chirping noise that you're pretty sure is laughter. You ruffle their heads and reassure them.

"You two look after each other, alright?"

"Don't worry, big sis, I'll look after the crybaby," responded your little sister with deadly seriousness before Timothee could even respond.

As you leave the two to bicker, you turn to Michel. "Keep an eye on 'em and remember to take care of yourself, alright?" He nods in response and you sigh. He's always been kind of a wet blanket, you hope he'll be okay.

And for last, dad puts his hand on both of your shoulders. "It is hard for me to state just how proud I am of you. I want you to know this as you go out into the world." He pauses. "Never be ashamed of yourself, of who you are and where you came from." He hugs you and you're unable to stop yourself from tearing up.

You feel the rest of your family pile on to the hug. Except for… Both your parents turn to Jenkins and raise a brow at him, who's been standing next to Doremi waiting the entire time.

"Okay fine…" he relents, joining in for the hug. Dreepy lands on your head to hug you as well.

As you make your way to Doremi, who's been waiting for the farewells to finish, you wave goodbye one last time to your clan. No turning back now. As you're mounting onto the saddle, Jenkins points to Dreepy, who's still on your head. "You're gonna have to put the littler squirt in a ball. You'll be carrying your bags and you don't want him flying off." Right, that's a good idea.

When you try to put Dreepy back into his ball, he pleads and begs you with the same eyes he'd make when begging you for food. Never mind he doesn't need to eat as a ghost-type. "Sorry, little guy, but it's for your own safety." Eventually he relents, looking dejected. You know he'll fly off if you're not clinging onto him. You promise to make it up to him and he gives you a look that says he'll hold you to that. You return him to his ball and keep it somewhere safe.

"Is everything gonna be a ritual for you everytime?" Jenkins snarks. You roll your eyes, you don't need this from him. He does one last check to make sure everything is ready (while reminding you to check to see if you haven't left anything, which you haven't) before taking off. It'll be about an hour flight (accounting for Doremi taking breaks) to Zara Gate, the old Paldean fort separating the Highlands from Tagtree Thicket and by extension, the rest of the Region.

Soaring through the skies on Doremi's back, you take in your surroundings one last time. A part of you admits that flying through the air like this has gotten somewhat routine. But there's something… calming about it. No noise other than rushing wind and occasional sounds of other flying pokemon. Endless vistas passing beneath you, towering mountains in the horizon and the occasional landmark so far down below they almost look tiny. You can't wait 'till Dreepy is big enough to fly you eventually.

"I suppose it's my turn to say my piece," your contemplation is interrupted by Jenkins speaking up mid-flight.

"Took you long enough," you tease. Doremi snickers at that.

"Shut it all, four of you," he scolds. "Look, kid. If there's one piece of advice I gotta give you, it's that you shouldn't be afraid to lose. When I was doing my Journey, it took me 'till the end of my second year to win my second badge. I got my fifth badge in my seventh year and I finally got my seventh badge ten years after I started. Never even got my eight, kept trying at it until the war broke out."

"What I mean to say is that you shouldn't stress yourself you're not moving or progressing fast enough, trust me, Trainers these days shoot up like reeds. Enjoy your youth while you have it, alright?" he finishes. You make a noise of affirmation and stay silent the rest of the way, unsure of what to say.

Eventually, you're there. Zara Gate was an old Paldean fortress made to keep an eye on the highlands and to keep your people from raiding Levincia and Zapapico. Fell into disuse during the Paldean Dark Ages and was nearly destroyed in its entirety when Emperor Rodrigo Diaz Arnor busted through it alongside his Andosin armies to reunify all of Paldea. Now, it's been converted into a sort of outpost, not quite big enough to be called a settlement yet. It contains a train station that connects the Highlands to the rest of Paldea, a Pokemon Center, and a Railway Military Police station to make sure wild Pokemon don't damage the tracks. You heard from Gramps that it used to have a Ranger Station but not anymore.

As you release Dreepy out and make sure you have all your bags, you say your last goodbyes to Jenkins. Actually…

"Hey, could you train Kali a bit before she goes out for her Journey? She's been kinda in the dumps lately. I think it's 'cause she didn't pass the exam with me." you ask him.

He gives you a look of exasperation and disbelief. "I pity that kid and anyone else who falls in love with you," he whispers something under his breath you couldn't hear. "Alright, I'll teach her the ropes, I still owe you for agreeing to the whole… y'know." Right, the Stakes.

You and Dreepy wave goodbye to him and Doremi as you go your separate ways and head to the train station. Making sure to pull out the ticket to Mesagoza that was given to you.

As you board the train and leave the only home you've ever known behind, a new chapter in your life begins. A new place, new opportunities and new people. You met one of them on the train ride to Mesagoza.

Who is your first friend in the Academy?

[] Elise Montenix: You met her while changing stations in Zapapico. A girl with dark skin, long dark blue hair and turquoise eyes from Montenevera. You find that she's a kind and sociable person. Mid-conversation, the long curved sword in a sheath that she was carrying along with her luggage suddenly stood up. The blade peeked out from its sheath and a blue eye on the base of the hilt opened and stared at you.
  • Your first friend in the Academy will be Elise Montenix
  • She is Minor Nobility. Adopted Daughter of the Baron of Glaseado-Montenevera
  • You'll be in the thick of it, both the conflict with the nobility and the mysterious powers besetting Paldea
  • Though as classmates you will still be in the thick of it just by default
  • Her Starter is a Honedge possessing a Tachi

[] Eri Merkit: You met her right at the station as you were leaving the highlands. It was the first time you met someone your age taller than you. Long black hair in a braid like yours with brown eyes, she is surprisingly gentle and polite despite her stature and later you found out her standing. You are having a conversation with what is essentially your people's Royalty. A bored looking Riolu carried half her luggage with ease while she carried the other half calling it training.
  • Your first friend in the Academy will Eri Merkit
  • A Princess of the Merkit Clan, the richest clan as well as the ruling clan in the Andosin Confederation.
  • She will make and have enemies both due to her background as essentially Foreign Royalty.
  • People will assume you are her handmaiden
  • Will not be in the same class as you
  • Her Starter is a Riolu. She has another Pokemon with her that she didn't show

[] Atticus Henzo: You were still wearing your deel when you met him. Introducing himself as Atticus, an apprentice weaver from Zapapico, he enthusiastically inquired about your clothes. Question after question about the quality, craftsmanship, sewing and stitching of your deel. Eventually, he noticed you were exhausted and apologized. As recompense, he woke the Spinarak clinging to his uniform and over the course of the rest of the train ride, he sewed you a decent bracelet out of Spinarak silk.
  • Your first friend in the Academy will be Atticus Henzo
  • From a commoner artisan family in Zapapico
  • Not really in the Academy for battling but he is skilled at it.
  • His eccentric personality, background and interests will make him few friends and connections in Mesagoza
  • Is in the same class as you
  • His Starter is a Spinarak. He had another Pokemon with him that he didn't show.

[] Ostia: You met them (a boy? girl? you really couldn't tell) while you were transferring stations to the Levincia High Speed Rail. They looked barely older than Tamara and they seemed sad and all alone with just a Beldum as company. Unable to stop your older sibling instincts, you decide to keep them company. They played and were enthralled with Dreepy which kept them happy and distracted for a while. The Beldum, if your eyes weren't playing games on you, seemed to be grateful.
  • Your first friend will be Ostia. Just Ostia for now
  • For a kid they had a lot of money to spend, buying both of you pretty expensive desserts.
  • They seem shockingly young (10~11)
  • ???
  • Surprisingly they're gonna be your classmate
  • Their starter is a Beldum. Had a weird looking dark blue Pokeball in their bag that they tried to prevent you from seeing

[X] Elise Montenix: You met her while changing stations in Zapapico.

[X] Ostia: You met them (a boy? girl? you really couldn't tell) while you were transferring stations to the Levincia High Speed Rail.
