Enough with the Machiavellian plots to avert future events that we shouldn't even know about. I'd much rather hang out with the guy that would remind us of Shirou (if we weren't being coy with our feelings) until we've decided whether we like him or not.

Yes I'm talking about mister unhappy sunlight.

Now, the Rin Tohsaka way of approaching this is to act all aloof around him while giving him words of encouragement that don't sound like words of encouragement the way we say them.

...Naruto is going to instantly say something that makes us mad at him and makes us blush at the same time, isn't he.

Yeah, going by Fate Stay Night and Naruto, I think Rin and Naruto will be friends by the end of the week. Rin being the sarcastic girl with the nice heart inside, and Naruto being the kindhearted blunt idiot that keeps crossing her path despite her best efforts.

I don't want to say that I ship two 4-year-olds together, but they would make adorable childhood friends who later become romantic love interests as they grow up.

Though even if Mister Unhappy Sunlight isn't Naruto, I still want to know what that guy's deal is.

They have a lot of other Uchihas to choose from, most of whom would suit their purposes better, and our eyes aren't activated yet so they're kind of useless. But if they did, that would actually be kind of exciting.

Assuming they don't take our eyes for their own...

And then use us to breed their own army of Uchihas...

...Am I being to harsh on them, or would they totally do that kind of stuff?

(Kind of surprised eye implants are trivial but arm replacements are impossible in Naruto.

I plan to keep voting for plan invent the jewel sword btw. We're legitimately at the point where we should be looking at a specialization.)

Joke's on you, I have no shame.

But really, you should try suggesting write in stuff for the author to ignore too, otherwise none of the choices for the next, oh, half dozen updates(?) will be all that exciting. So far they've all been about who to talk to and what to study mostly, and that hardly makes for a story, now does it?

Do we even have a canon age for that event? I thought it was when she was three.

Though you're right that our range is huge. I have to wonder the range level of S Rank.

I thought more like Rin senses the abduction, then talks Shisui into laying the smackdown on the kidnappers and giving Hinata back to the Hyuga. Depending on who else is around at the time Itachi and others might help out too.

Not much the Hyuga can do about that.
Not acknowledging that just makes them look petty.

You realize we'd actively have to be looking for it right? I don't doubt we have a passive sense, hell we do have one, but it doesn't envelope the whole village.

that depends on how far away from us they are running.
and on where we are at the time.
Also increased chances if we train sensing.

Might be something for a Luck-check.
 
I'd note that in canon the Hyuuga caught the culprit just fine(seriously, they can see for as far as any Sensor can, the kidnapping was doomed from the start and the perp probably knew it too).
The problem was they killed the guy before identifying him.
