Not yet we only have 5 at the moment, maybe that we can create smaller versions that will reproduce and die faster.
But I want first a Power source first, I'm hoping to fuel magic, the 'stars' with the memories of mortals:

I don't like that idea. Too close to making a 40k universe. With the whole sapient stars.
I liked the way Pratchett had done magic as a limited resource bound into the bodies of these giant turtles. It was definitely different from plot rock power source.
I am more invested in turning space and the universe into a kind of magical space sea. Where giant aquatic creatures roam with tiny civilizastions growing on, or in them.

While magic being limited is a VERY good idea.(don't want any protagonists hit by truck-Kun trying to kill us) I put forth the system should sort of be like full metal alchemist with a focus on study and intense learning. Which should make the magic population one of skill and dedication.
I also put forth the motion that we put our children in line. We DO NOT want to be that archetyple creator god that got killed because it's creations got roudy. So while there still coming into there power we put in some "code" that stops them from rebelling against us.
my third motion is we fix up the worlds so there more habitable for whatever life we put there can spread and prosper.
my fourth and final motion is once we fixed the worlds before we create the races of those worlds we create spirits of nature that help take care of the worlds. While also setting it up to were if there killed off by the races specifically doomsday is enacted on that world. Hm, good questions.
The thing with Uhmera is that she knows all about what's written in the book, but even she doesn't know if the pages are blank or already written. She could tell you which of your past actions are snowballing into something larger, I suppose.
The thing with Ge'Eme is that well, he can't tell you something, but you got no way of knowing if what he said is true. Maybe, the fact that he already told changes the consequences. Also, there's no way of knowing if Ge'Eme is being truthful about what he is saying.
So yeah Uhmera will tell you certain facts of what has happened, and Ge'Eme might tell you something that you have no way of knowing if it's true or not.
Regarding Omakes...
Of course you can write Omakes! How else would this world develop? If it's really enjoyable, or it fits canonically, I will gladly add a +10 to a roll.

So the dog gods and others yeeted right when we got time up and running, their not even teens and already ran from dear ole dad! And for some reason I can't help but picture Light and Void as Asuka and Rei respectively.
I Second getting our runaway gods from getting any ideas on us so I say we should make an island paradise with a giant tree to store the book as well as creating an open air temple to call and hold the first meeting of the gods. I want to be a stern but loving creator/parent not a tyrant.
Also in hindsight we mighta should've thought about making a Tartarus, could probably make it/him when we get around to it

I don't believe a brotherhood Alchemy style magic is what the goddess would best represent. He's all about creativity. And a hard rigid system doesn't work well with that. He's even a god of insanity. A Loose System of mana manipulation with a style of art being a canvas now that's far more in lines with the goddess backing it.
In this Case I nominate enchanting. Enchant a Statue, and You've got yourself a Golem, Enchant a Painting and you've got yourself a pocket dimension or specific object, and things like that. The Better The Art behind it, the better the Magic will turn out. A Lump of clay with two thin lines as legs and arms is prone to fall over, but one made of metal properly proportioned would be far more effective. Hiccups can occur, chaotic elements that might help or hurt the magic, the more hurt the creation, the more unstable the magic and unexpected results occur.
Every Art of The Arts could represent something else.

In this Case I nominate enchanting. Enchant a Statue, and You've got yourself a Golem, Enchant a Painting and you've got yourself a pocket dimension or specific object, and things like that. The Better The Art behind it, the better the Magic will turn out. A Lump of clay with two thin lines as legs and arms is prone to fall over, but one made of metal properly proportioned would be far more effective. Hiccups can occur, chaotic elements that might help or hurt the magic, the more hurt the creation, the more unstable the magic and unexpected results occur.

Yes like an Artist everyone has their own style. This magic is approachable by everyone as everyone can draw, but the true excellence of the magic comes when and where the person trains and excels in a medium where they become a figurative master in magic related to it. In this case training and mastery is possible. However, it is possible to be done by anyone who can lift a pen or lump a couple pieces of clay together. As Such it's beginner friendly, but mastery brings it's own results. I truly believe this would be the best form of magic for the insane god. Especially with the chaotic nature being brought into it.
The only Question is how it works. Mad Science however couldn't work like this. As it requires a proper understanding of science.
In this Case I'd suggest the major differences to be replicability. Science can be done over and over to achieve the same results. As Soon as a blueprint is made it doesn't care who makes use of it, that blueprint will bring the same results every single time. Unlike Magic where it's personal creating a copy of a golem through other means then personal work won't make another golem. Just the Statue it's made from. This along with the fact that science and engineering require people to actually be knowledgeable and train and practice to make what they want. And Finally Science's technological progression. Magic has a personal progression system where the more the person improves the more generally useful their future projects are. While Science projects start off simple as a whole, and become more and more complicated as society develops around it.
If someone makes a death Ray humanity now has a death ray. If Someone Creates a Siren Song only the person who made it can entrance people with it.
